That shit was FIRE! I just imagine how little she knew of the next two years and yet I am sure she dreamt about it in some way. She has entertained countless audiences by now with her fantastic music. This version of the song is performed exquisitely and yet she continued to dial it in over the next few years to perfection.
She is one of the most talented vocalists playing today. Honestly, I'd put her in my top ten of all time. Her voice is just that damn good.

How wonderful. The fabulous Sierra Ferrell. What a gorgeous, powerful and inviting voice. Sierra just soars from her true heart's core. Sierra has a terrific fiddler with Josie Toney. Josie's great touch, rhythm and heart remind me of the late Vassar Clements. I keep hearing the name Loretta Lynn spoken by fans in the videos. Adoringly accurate. Yes, Sierra is that good. All enjoy. This is some of the best you will hear. What a great band.

Sierra plays rhythm guitar like a metronome (that’s a good thing). I believe she has the Thompson OM on spec. A guy named Billy pulled some Strings to get it for her right from the shop in Oregon. It’s a good match for her voice.
It’s always hard to replace an old friend.
You sure OM and not OOO if they use Martin's standards then that guitar will have a wider longer neck takes some getting used too. The OOO is 24.75 and regular nut width can't remember that measurement number maybe 1 11/16 or 9/16 most chose that shorter scale easier to play. I have an OM and if you have small hands that wide neck is gonna be difficult. Took me a minute to get used to that string spacing. Plus OM has shorter tear drop guard. You said Thompson so they may call that shape OM I'm not real familiar.
