it is a good investment for buying an aparment before growing a family specially in cities more accesible like miami and parts of florida . you can rent it easily than an home. buying an home requires too much maintenance and time . by the way, have u thinking about working remotely in hawai. u could give a try
There are many affordable condos in Miami to buy, especially on Miami Beach! Love south of fifth district but also north beach and surfside are nice. Coconut grove I love too, but kinda depends what on what areas you hang out in. West Ave (Miami beach is fun too). PS I do youtube about Miami and I’m from TN, so definitely rare in south Florida! But my channel is quite small. There are other RUclipsrs in Miami, but most have latin channels. My friend’s sister has a beauty channel, Joanna Marie. She’s pretty big. But you are right, there aren’t many youtubers In Miami!
