    You instruct like you have a yoga background. I like this video. I've been working through a hip issue and will work on this. Having the correct mobility makes a big difference in skateboarding and surfing where you have to control the weight shift through your feet. Hip instability offset our spine and neck as well.

    This is exactly what’s going on with me , it’s have slight twist because of this going to have a shot at this , how many reps or sets should be beneficial? Should it be done on both sides or just the left ?
