This actually makes alot of sense for me from experience! Whenever i have issues in that area (which is probably happening from alot of sitting sometimes and therefore creating this APT anterior pelvic tilt) i always find deadlifting to help alot with pain/discomfort there which is a very similar movement to what you have shown in the second exercise! 🙂

I felt the second one in the glute but also down the hamstrings mid post thigh? Is that ok or am I going to far?
