Amen metal brother! Jinjer is the greatest band to hit the scene since Pantera. Not just for Tatiana being a woman. But the BAND are all great musicians and write great songs.
Jay Kay Haven’t heard a bad song from them yet. They are all outstanding in their own right and fit together seamlessly.
Same here man.. 50 years old..complete 80's/90's metalhead but grew tired of the genre in the 2000's Discovered Opeth (way to late) in 2007 and became completely obsessed. Recently discovered Jinjer and im blown away. Rejuvinated. By far the best thing to happen in Metal in the millenium. Cant wait to see them live, get in the pit and feel like my teen self for a night :)
Growling vocals, blast beats, and oh yeah, a little reggae. Sure, why not? What a fearless and interesting band.

I was there... I must agree the vocals were a touch low... but that doesn’t change the fact that this easily sits in my top 3 of all time.... and I’ve seen hundreds....
Glad to check out another of your reactions. Been a bit too busy to watch everything haha. I love this song so much - I feel like it is some of the very best musical composition they've done. I agree about the vocals being a bit low in the mix. Both this and another Jinjer video (Ape at Mystic Fest) were edited by Dmetry Kim who filled in drumming for them for a while until Vlad joined but who prefers to work as a sound engineer due to having a family. The Ape video had Tati's vocals higher in the mix, so my suspicion is that the recording quality on the vocals wasn't as good as for the guitar and bass, so he cleaned it up as best he could and lowered it in the mix a bit so the lack of clarity wouldn't be as obvious. Just a guess by an amateur at this stuff.

You can see her messing with her IEM when she's singing, that leads me to believe that she couldn't hear herself in it. Which also proves that her probably wasn't high enough in the mix at least when she's singing, * maybe it's loud enough when she's growling but not singing.. idk * There are different versions of this song that sound much better, IMHO.
Also I love watching your reactions, it's just refreshing to see someone genuinely enjoy life and what they do. You seem just like the cool neighbor a few houses down, that has friends over to jam in the garage or something like that. Not to be confused with the neighbor that tries way too hard to act cool and it's just kinda sad. I'm overtired, but that's the best complement my mind came up with, sorry if it's a weird one lol.

of course we do... The live is growing and our channel is growing. On the live, you can see what goes on between videos, chat with others, ask for request and support the channel even more. We are now starting a 3rd channel also.
