Tati is gorgeous and talented, but this lineup of the band is insane. They all complement each other so well, and they write for the song, not for one person to steal the limelight. We have been lucky to see the rise of one of the best metal bands of recent times.

I stumbled across Jinjer just a few months ago. My favorite band by far. The change ups in a song keep it so dynamic and keep you engaged. Not to mention the band is super tight and technical. And Tatiana is a metal goddess. Never have I seen anyone with so much versatility and range. She is amazing. I love watching reactions to this band. Another top notch one here.
Thanks for another great reaction. I was lucky enough to be at this show, venue was packed and the crowd loved the reggae sections in this track. Easily one of the best metal gigs I've been to. Eugene also said they are planning to release the full recording of the Melbourne show at some point (not just for knotfest). There are still heaps of great Jinjer tracks you could react to, but no judgement from me if you binge their catalogue ;) Outside of all the tracks with official videos others have listed, I'd suggest Home Back (album audio), it is one of my favourites off Macro.

So 2 things. 1.) This entire concert was streamed as part of the once a week knotfest quarantine concerts and should be available to stream completely if not already. 2.) there’s still a bunch of Jinjer that would be awesome to react to but I also understand about wanting to hear everything they’ve done. It’s tempting. But one particular song I would love for you to react to is “Home Back” off of the macro album. There is no official video but just the song alone is crazy both in the changes and Tatiana’s vocals as well. You won’t be disappointed!!!

I think this is my favorite Jinjer song too. The album version is great, and this live version sounds almost perfect too. They are all incredible musicians and I will see Jinjer live some day. If you haven't heard On The Top, that's worth checking out too

I have seen a lot of bands live like System of a down, linkin park and offspring and this blew me away more. Also before you get onto more Jinger listen maybe see home back. Have you done "On the top" yet? I had a quick look through and couldn't see it. There is a great live version from Kiev. Aside from that it's their older songs that you haven't done yet. Songs like "Outlander" and "Sit, stay, roll over" you might enjoy, but I'm not sure how far back you'd go in their discography.
This song is neglected so much by reaction channels, and I think that’s sad, because it’s really quite a showcase of the bonkers changes and tones that Jinjer has.
I would strongly recommend the song Retrospection from them, it is one of the few songs that I've heard Tatiana sing in her native language for a good amount of it.
They are just *SO* high quality- composition & live performance. Tremendous. :D p.s. congrats on the 5k. I missed out on a ticket to this show; they sold out by the day I got my pay. I was so very sad. Cloud Factory, Captain Clock and Sit Stay Roll Over are a must for banger tracks. On The Top and Retrospection for mad vibes. You could react to so many performances and tracks of theirs, but after these, set yourself free and have a listen. If you were so inclined, maybe an album by album watch party where you experience each album would be good if you want that content. Otherwise, just enjoy. :)
I saw them on February 29th. Two weeks later, large gatherings were forbidden :P The show was really cool. although I'm not really a big fan of live shows, I just have a huge FOMO :P but it supports the artists anyway, it's good ;) The volume was super high and my ears broke :P

You should listen to Twelve Foot Ninja if you liked the genre switching and timing changes... ANNNNDDDDD they are from Melbourne Straya. If you have not heard them yet they are fantastic. I would love to see Jinjer and TFN either on tour together or collaborate because that would be insane
No love for Roman? Dude, the intricate parts he plays that add ambience are awesome and his interplay between the bass and drums is great. Maybe these guys are one of the best rhythm sections out there right now and not just in metal. Combined with Tati's voice... I could listen to this band forever and find something new in the songs. Her voice though: you could say superlatives for days and still not do it justice. Not limited by style or range. Love how they don't do excessive multi layering of the deep growls or seemingly even add distortion to her voice for live shows. I'm not really into the whole guttural vocal thing and there's only a few singers in this style that I'll listen too but I dig what she does in that style, especially live.

But the best part IMO is that the instrumental composition is not only beautiful but manages to both maintain a good headbanging (or at least head-bobbing during the reggae parts) rhythm without sacrificing technical complexity.

Have you done "On the top" yet? I had a quick look through and couldn't see it. There is a great live version from Kiev. Aside from that it's their older songs that you haven't done yet. Songs like "Outlander" and "Sit, stay, roll over" you might enjoy, but I'm not sure how far back you'd go in their discography.
This song is neglected so much by reaction channels, and I think that’s sad, because it’s really quite a showcase of the bonkers changes and tones that Jinjer has.

I would strongly recommend the song Retrospection from them, it is one of the few songs that I've heard Tatiana sing in her native language for a good amount of it.

No love for Roman? Dude, the intricate parts he plays that add ambience are awesome and his interplay between the bass and drums is great.
Maybe these guys are one of the best rhythm sections out there right now and not just in metal. Combined with Tati's voice... I could listen to this band forever and find something new in the songs. Her voice though: you could say superlatives for days and still not do it justice. Not limited by style or range. Love how they don't do excessive multi layering of the deep growls or seemingly even add distortion to her voice for live shows. I'm not really into the whole guttural vocal thing and there's only a few singers in this style that I'll listen too but I dig what she does in that style, especially live.
Congrats on the 5k subs mate. If you want to check something totally different from Jinjer, though there isn't a video that I have seen, then have a listen to the song Beggars' Dance from the King of Everything album. I won't drop any hints about it other than to say it might surprise you.

@@Roguenjosh np. And I agree btw, that this is probably their best song. The lyrics are among the most insightful, the vocal performance is fire all around. But the best part IMO is that the instrumental composition is not only beautiful but manages to both maintain a good headbanging (or at least head-bobbing during the reggae parts) rhythm without sacrificing technical complexity.
No Hoard of Value and A Plus or Minus lyric videos seem to be greatly underappreciated. The few reactions I have seen of these songs are always " how did I miss this one?"
