I have an all AMD (if it matters) and I changed my ( I believe) my fTPM settings in my BIOS. Then I optimized my Windows settings. Lastly, updated my BIOS, Chipset Drivers as well as Graphics Drivers. Never had an issue again. The people that done all that should know the game they're trying to play may not work well with there current setup. Especially if you play another game and it works fine. Currently, I have a slight PSU bottleneck, but I correct that by undervolting my GPU/CPU. My CPU is a bottleneck for sure. I can't get past 100fps in games I should even with the settings turned all the way down. So, I keep my graphics settings high. Same results as if it was off. 😑 I will make sure to have tighter latency for my next RAM as mentioned in the video when I upgrade my CPU.

Bottleneck can also caused by the software. Different renderer can have a different performance effect. Some games probably performs much better on DX11, some on DX12, some on Vulkan
