I've been a fan of Mike since the SCW days from the early 90's, and I'm so glad that he earned a Grammy. That amazing voice and his incredible God given talent has finally been recognized. Way to go brother!

I ran across Mike while searching for some more bluesy, soulful music with s lot of guitar... I'm a Christian and I think he is one of the best gospel singers on my list!!! GOD BLESS HIM
Mike's on fire, as always! i still blows my mind how Mike is not playing on the stages with major artists of today (i.e. Carrie Underwood, Vince Gill, etc.) Also, why is it that the famous Christian artists of today's CCM genre are not lining up to beg Mike to appear with them (i.e. Third Day, Mercy Me, etc.) This guy has the chops, spiritually inspired chops, to spread the word through song probably more than most acts today! Spread the word on Mike and let him help to spread the Gospel!

A far cry from the frontman of the Screamin' Cheetah Wheelies. The gospel saved Mr. Farris's life.

I just discover mike from a friend of mine and I don’t know how I’ve been missing out on this. Up there with Richard Manuel and Tim Hardin as my favorite white singers already. So natural!

I can't believe I didn't know what he was doing in the last ten or so years. A huge SCW fan since the first time I heard them on the radio in about '93. Magnolia was the first CD i ever owned and I went through a couple. Looking for downloads and stumbled across this. Unbelievable. Very pleased to hear of his spiritual conversion to Christ.
Saw him at the rymam in Nashville. Most powerful thing I have ever heard. That voice just filled that whole theater . I am certain that God is loving him when Mike spreads the word, ,
So blessed to see Mike at his show with the Cumberland Saints at Harrison Festival of the Arts last weekend. One of the very best shows we've ever seen. Love this guy's passion and talent, and thoroughly enjoyed listening to his stories before the songs, too. The band was smokin'!!

I have seen Mike ferris live twice. He is excellent here, but ten times better live. A God given talent if there ever was one.
