    I hope you post more videos at Currumbin Creek. I used to live and often fish there but because of the pandemic, I'm now stuck in Vietnam and haven't been able to comeback home. I would love to see more video in that area so please post more of it. Thank you very much and have a lovely day.

    Nice area and nice video. Was fishing with plastics for flattys the other side of the bridge the other day but no luck. I think that I have to try to get out to the main channel to catch anything.

    Great video! Looks like you guys had such a nice time out there. Much respect for throwing back the “just legal” ones! Gotta keep sustainable and look after our awesome planet.

    It seems you catch more fish at night than day

      @fishingwarriorz  3 года назад +1

      Seems that way 😃 always evening into the night, nights always harder to record though 😬👍

    Hello Mrs Warriorz,
    You could maybe start taking a bigger rod, heavier gear and a slab of mullet and throw out into the deep, put a rod holder in the rocks and set the drag weak and try and catch something big. If it strikes tighten the drag appropriately. I also noticed that for all the gear you have got you haven't got a rod holder belt on. Unless I am fishing very light with lures etc I always wear one. They make the job SOOOOOO much easier, plus they have a bait bucket, so you don't have to walk back and forth.

      It’s all good, no need for a belt yet! Bait is always pretty close to me anyways. 👌😁

    Hey what type and size hook do you use ?

    • @fishingwarriorz
      @fishingwarriorz  3 года назад +2

      We mostly use 1/0 or 3/0 suicide hooks. Off the rock walls we do use circle hooks in 3/0 or 4/0 also on the bigger rod setup 😁

    If you want to catch bigger fish such as trevally or maybe even a stingray try use bait such as pilchards and mullet.

    • @fishingwarriorz

      Thanks 🙏🏻. Yes we have been using pilchards and mullet now and have been getting our big Bream on it 👍😁

    Hi

  • @GoldCoastfishakid
    @GoldCoastfishakid Год назад +2

    They are tiny bream, they have barely any meat on them, there is no point of killing them if there that small, you need way bigger bream then that, no offence 😅

    • @fishingwarriorz
      @fishingwarriorz  Год назад +1

      They were all legal fish that were caught, fed the family that night! We only take fish when we want a feed 😁

    • @GoldCoastfishakid
      @GoldCoastfishakid Год назад +1

      @@fishingwarriorz nice, but you should probably try and catch bigger ones to get more meat of them
