Begedil is one of my favourite food also, especially when eating with "Soto Ayam" . Taka-san, if you really want to lose weight all you have to do is avoid or minimize food with carbohydrate like Rice, bread etc. And also do more fasting, take only 1 meal a day. Guaranteed you lose weight very fast even without alot of exercise. But make sure you are happy in what you are doing, I think just make sure yourself is healthy is good enough regardless your size.

Dear Taka, if you are not a gym person, you should try jungle tracking and hiking hills or waterfall. There's a lot of tracks, waterfalls near KL. I'm sure you'll burn a lot of calories while enjoying the nature, without spend much money. Or try a water activities in a lake.
Up to you Taka but like Sho said, you can hit gym with him and dont go for crazy diet, just reduce eating portion will do. As long as you both are healthy and happy, just enjoy your time in Malaysia.

I really wish I continued working out when I was younger, I would be so much healthier now. Sho, I don't know about not being able to live anywhere else in the world, but I think that after living in Malaysia, it is certainly hard to go back to Japan. With all due respect, after learning through RUclips, I feel some parts of Japanese culture makes me feel like someone is choking me. I am referring to the work culture, especially having to be super careful about your seniors... forced overtime... I feel that I would go crazy if I had to do that. that potato sho really like to eat was called tauhu bergedil.. if you go to any night market, there will people sell the tauhu bergedil with spicy soy sauce.. please try to find it if you go to any night market after this..

before leaving for KL in mid july, my wife and i already planned to have breakfast of Nasi Lemak, much hype of the acclaimed Wanjo Nasi Lemak at Kpg Baru. after making choices of what to eat with nasi lemak that morning, we settled to our table with nescafe and teh o ice. my wife did not finish her meal and i barely finish mine. honestly, i wud prefer nasi lemak we had in a cafe in shah alam operated by an ex TUDM staff......even my 2 other friends also vouched for it. my rating of wanjo nasi lemak is 2 star in terms of taste. nothing special. when asked wud we return to hv nasi lemak at wanjo in next visit in oct this year, i dare say BIG NO. wud prefer to travel to shah alam.......worth the journey for nasi lemak breakfast
Taka-san, just go with Sho-san to the gym. You don't have to pay for a trainer when you already have a friend who's willing to teach and guide you. hahaha!
Good evening by the time this vid was up. Taka is our man. Demolished food. Haha. Nasi lemak with cola? Not recommended. Not good for health. Minum coffee or green tea, da best. As for Sho aka Shaw, he knows what to eat. Moderate but sedappp food. One guy gemuk and other One, he has 💪 muscle.
If you are skinny & eat a lot, you need to watch out when you age reach 40y/o and above. One of my friend, 98% artery blockage at 38y/o, no physical exercise. He survive after operation. Here my advice, 4 criteria of a healthy person: 1) Keep our BMI in ideal range. 2) Eat healthy food. We can eat a lot but need to watch calories intake vs physical exercise. 3) No consume any toxic substances that can harm our body such smoking, drink alcohol, drug abuse etc. 4) Consistent physical exercise according to your age. Trust me, I am 100kg before, now 67kg.
Taka is a good friend but I'm worried about his cholesterol levels. Please check your cholesterol levels and be healthy. It's sort of ok if you're big sized but you must be healthy. Please take care of your health.
