To keep in perspective the stuff she did in WandaVision, she had the Dark Hold at that time so she was messed up like Wanda was in Multiverse of Magic. Once we learn the truth they're hinting at about her backstory, I've got a feeling the real Agatha is going to look a lot more sympathetic.
