There is a video of some artist at her house and he gifts her this weird painting of her that he did and he asks about her pool and then just goes and jumps in it fully clothed in a suit and as off as Aubrey is, she was freaked by the guy and was like okay well time to go to bed thanks for stopping by.
@@dcmastermindfirst9418 Absolutely not to my personal opinion? You dont know me. Wiccan is my favorite character in all of media, I've been dreaming of seeing this character on screen for over a decade. This means more to me than any other MCU project.
@@MrSolarkh Marvel hasn’t yet had a single show which sucked, as far as I’m concerned. Obviously some are better than others, but the reason I always get hyped personally is because they’re always at least pretty good and fun.
@@mildhoof Incorrect, I’ve seen secret invasion and while the finale has some nonsense in it and it’s probably my least favorite show of the MCU shows so far, it’s actually pretty good overall and I’ve been rolling my eyes at the over the top vitriol the show’s received ever since it came out.
I cannot wait for this show. I know everyone thinks that Audrey Plaza or Kathryn Hahn is the villain, but my theory is that it's actually 'Teen', played by the Amazing Joe Locke (We all know who he really is, but I'll be nice and call him Teen). Like Agatha was manipulating everything in Wandavision, I think 'Teen' the one who will be responsible for 'the bodies piling up', though Agatha will be blamed due to her past. 'Teen' is a relatable Villain though, because he's just desperate to make it to the end of the road and is willing to sacrifice them all for the thing he wants the most.
Agatha originally isn’t a villain in the books, she’s situational to what needs to be done at the time and she bends rules. She was Franklin Richard’s nanny, not because she cared about him but because she saw the power he’d have access to and she didn’t think his parents would watch him for signs of things going wrong. I think this show is going to show things to explain that she is perceived as evil because of circumstances she was put in and she made choices to survive. Evil characters are fun but I don’t want a flat just evil person without dimension, I don’t think any of Marvel’s villains are just evil for evil’s sake other than Maphisto, he just likes for people to suffer.
This series is going to be a wild ride. Cannot wait. September 18th. Would have been my dad's next birthday. He loved WandaVision. He would have absolutely love, this series as well. My dad fought prostate cancer. Sadly I lost him in late March. He loved everything Marvel. 🙏
Hector, have you read Jame Robinson’s Scarlet Witch run about the Witches Road. It’s an interesting read since Agatha All Along has the witches road in it.
I'm all in on the theory that Aubrey Plaza's character isn't a witch at all and Rio is just an alias. She's the elder goddess Gaia, Thor's birth mother.
About the villain thing- I don’t know because in the comics she was like a mother figure to Wanda, taught her magic, etc. But she’s also a baddie… I suspect Loki is an apt comparison.
It's possible that she'll have a similar relationship with Billy in the MCU, being his teacher. This would explain why he calls himself Wiccan, and why he'll end up more powerful than Wanda and a future Sorcerer Supreme, having the same raw power but better knowledge of the craft.
Yeeeah i think this is going to be a very disney xd type show, tonewise. Like it will do horror references, obviously, because theyre going through witchy nightmares and the media theme is still at play (thus Glenda/Wicked Witch of the West, Exorcistish stuff, etc), but it feels very Hocus Pocus. Which is rad, dont get me wrong, but im not expecting actual horror from something that looks very throwback to a sort of classic 00s disney channel original. Would be happy to be wrong, tho!
DC SHOW Dead Boy Detectives (TV series) Dead Boy Detectives is an American supernatural horror detective comedy-drama television series developed by Steve Yockey based on the DC Comics characters of the same name by Neil Gaiman and Matt Wagner.
Now I want to know what Agatha was doing in that town (I've forgotten the name, sorry) when Wanda moved in and took it over for her own uses. Did Agatha have plans that got interrupted that she may want to go back and start up? Did Wanda even know who she was when she wiped her powers and started her on her TV time period ramble? Agatha has it in for Wanda big time, but Wanda's gone now. Would Agatha go so far as to bring her and Vision back so she can "play" with them? Would Dr. Strange get involved? Whatever this path she is going on is, Agatha had better have powers by the end of it!
I don’t think Agatha is the villain at all in this . She might start out with ulterior motives but I think that as this show goes on she’s going to recognize the necessity for friends and find redemption with this coven . I think the real villain who double crosses all of them including Agatha will be Aubrey Plazas character Rio.
I'm really excited for this. I just really hope they won't make her too much of an anti-hero, because while Agatha in the comics actually is the kind of character that's never truly evil, we've had too many recent "villain" movies where the character is just an antihero. Like, I loved 2021's cruella, but like, she's among the most vicious classic cartoon villains and I don't need her to have a sad background to enjoy watching her. I also really liked Maleficent but I fear it's done great damage because it made people realise that making the villain a "tragic hero" makes a lot of money. Sometimes, we just need classic villains who are evil for no particular reason and who are ready to fuck shit up just because they think it's fun
What if Aubrey Plaza's character is only making Agatha think she's moving towards getting her powers back, but it's really part of Wanda's spell? This is just part of the current "phase" of the spell?
Aubrey plaza is the moral compass y’all. She be dead. She’s the tour guide for the witches. And, she’s most likely the antagonist and the the savior for Agatha breaking the the 4th wall again. If I was the writer!
I don’t want Agatha to necessarily be a “hero” but, I don’t want her to be a straight up villain because of any superficial motivation. I want to see her vulnerabilities and I want a sense of sisterhood from this series; I don’t want women turning on each other , especially a newly formed coven. I want an actual, powerful, sisterly coven - that’s NOT to be f*cked with! 😏
I really hope Agatha stays a villain throughout the whole show. I don't want her to have a change of heart or trying to some sympathetic villain. Not every villains needs to be good or heroic like the good guys.
Quick note to Agustin- this series was written as a one off, holiday release. It is not the origin story of Agatha, it’s what happens in the wandavision storyline after the death of Wanda. I also think it is VERY important to note that Marvel Television and Marvel Films, while affiliated, are run in completely different ways. Almost opposite ways. I have worked with Marvel for around 10 years now, and I love my career. The television shows are not released to attract the same people that the movies are intended to attract. It’s great that you watch them, but you guys aren’t the target audience for these shows. These shows are made for 12-19 year olds, the films are made for 28-45 year olds.
but agatha isnt a villain so..........i dont care what the mcu did in the first season, agatha is an ally and a shero who trained wanda, fought with the avengers and was the governess of franklin richards. SHE IS GOOD! time to stop being mcu and stop being COMICS ACCURATE!!!!!!!
