22 years myself. did a half marathon without ever running more than 4 miles. I worked out that my total miles for the three years prior to the half was 4.5 miles
The idea of this series is brilliant. I've noticed a marked difference in your physique over the past few months but didn't realize this coincided with you taking on a coach of your own and pressing forward with very specific goals. I'm very excited to continue watching this journey unfold.
Love the way you did your measurements. I`ve always had severe body dysmorphia and I`ve envied guys like you with really good physiques. Turns out I`m not that far away from your measurements, just need to lose a little size on my waist. Thanks a lot. Keep up the good work.

I love your unwavering empirical and data driven approach to things. I think a lot of vegan influencers and content creators could learn a lot from you in that regard, being an example and trying to convince people of the benefits of being plant based. The back story and vegan journey part always gets me. You can tell how genuinely authentic you are being when you talk about it, it's moving and inspiring. And as much as I hate to say it, we are all fortunate that you went through that so that it would lead you to doing the incredibly important work you are doing now. Long may it continue and I hope you have a lifetime of great health 💚🌍🌱

Very interesting video, thought id share why my family went vegan, in short ours was because of illnesses, my husband became ill in 2018 and goung down the medical route nothing was helping , so he stopped all medication (was nothing that was life threatening thank god, but definitely life changing) looked at his diet, tried everything, went keto 1st got a little better, did intermittent fasting, i mean days not hours of fasting, got a little better, was now off all medication, but still wasn't back to himself. Then can the sauna, that also made a big difference, you need to try, he still does them. Then he came across the benefits of plant based diet, and watched hours an hours of videos, especially dr Michael greger, he went plant based the next day, followed by my son an myself. We have never looked back, the healthiest we have ever been, that was best decision ever. I am a 54 year old woman, into strength training 💪i think my diet has definitely helped me and the menopause. I'm always looking for ways to improve our protein intake, 💪 off to watch the rest if the videos in the series 😂 thanks for your help Leif💪💪❤
