    Thanks for this video!! I'm going to South Korea with a friend next month for 20 days, how many days would your recommend spending in Busan? :)

    • @AdventuresofAwkwardAmy
      @AdventuresofAwkwardAmy  Год назад +1

      I would say if you have the time, i would recommend 4-6 days in Busan! It’ll give you more time to explore the city!

    Hii, this video was super helpful✨
    I do have a question about taxi’s/ ubers
    I didn’t hear u about those, are these available in Busan? Or is it expensive and would you recommend?
    If I want to go to the look out point where u need a car, can I do this with a taxi for example?

    • @AdventuresofAwkwardAmy
      @AdventuresofAwkwardAmy  3 месяца назад

      Taxis are definitely available, I personally haven't used uber in Korea, but I use Kakao taxi and it works very similarly. It's very convenient and I would definitely recommend it!
      For the lookout point, you could definitely take a taxi up there, but I'm not sure how easy it would be to call a taxi to come back down. It's doable, but just might take some time. You can also ask your taxi to wait for you and just pay for their time. Or you can hike back down if it's daytime, I know someone who did that too.

    Hi, I've been watching the Kakao map app as I'm flying there soon. I was planning the route, which train and bus to use to reach my destination and there's these pink and purple number symbols(e.g. 5, 8) that doesn't look the same as the bus symbol which is in blue, for example, the symbol 5(purple) 공덕역 환승. Is it a bus stop? The symbol looks like a bus but it's a bit different, I'm confused.

      Hmm not sure exactly what youre referring to as I never used kakaomaps (i found naver maps to be easier to use) but maybe its referring to the metro lines?

    Hi! Would u recommend spending time in busan first then seoul or the other way around?

    • @AdventuresofAwkwardAmy
      @AdventuresofAwkwardAmy  Год назад

      if it’s your first time, it might be beneficial to visit seoul first and then busan. Since seoul is more international, it’ll be easier to find help and adapt to local customs/public transportation etc. so when you go to busan, you are already accustomed to how things are done. But honestly, busan is big enough that they are used to helping out tourists too haha

    @adventuresofAwkwardAmy do you recommend Seomyeon over Nampo area to stay ?

    • @AdventuresofAwkwardAmy
      @AdventuresofAwkwardAmy  Месяц назад +1

      It really depends on what you have on your itinerary. Theres a lot to do around nampo but if you plan doing lots of exploring, seomyeon is more central and will make travel a little easier

      I never really looked into nampo tbh since it’s so far from everything, but there’s probably accommodation around biff square!

    Would you recommend getting "visit Busan pass"?

    • @AdventuresofAwkwardAmy
      @AdventuresofAwkwardAmy  11 месяцев назад

      ive never gotten it before, but at a glance, i’m not sure if it’s completely worth it? I would recommend planning out your ideal itinerary first and then see how much the pass will actually cover. A lot of iconic things in busan is actually free (like gamcheon village or huinnyeol cultural village) and im not sure if transportation will be THAT much to warrant the cost of the pass
