Love you Bryan! You are a reason why I love this career. Wish all hvac contractors/owners had as much passion as you do. You invest your time to educate which this industry seems to lack. You're a good person.

I see a lot of insect and animal life, such as birds, squirrels, cats, dogs, even turtles, drinking from condensate drains. I have a great concern over dumping dangerous chemicals into what ultimately becomes some creature's water supply. What do you see as the safest options for condensate drain management in your market (Central Florida, I think?), balancing efficacy with wildlife safety?

At my apartment complex in Pensacola, Fl, we have steel pans and pvc drains. We use bleach and water mix , followed by hot water, once a year. Works great.
