@@scalpel_stem Oh thanks for asking. I am confused about the following:
When you put a node (of say a Philo.) in initiation media, it will grow a single shoot from the growth tip on that node. How do you go from a single shoot to multiple shoots? Do you just transfer the entire node + shoot tip to multiplication media? And that causes multiple growth points to occur? I have always been confused about this step and I can't find a proper explanation, i.e How do you go from a single node (with a growth point) to those balls of 20+ shoots growing.
