Greetings from Curacao, Dutch Caribbean. The possibilities of breakins is the reason I still have not started a vending machine business, the locations I presently can obtain all are curbside. A steel cage is an extra investment, but reparing or replacing a machine is also a cost. The fustration caused by vandalism is also not good but these are things that come with the job. @@RJ-uz4lq HI, I did not give up but ran into a snag to acquire coin acceptors that accept naf currency. I bought 4 used vending machines but can't try to place them without the correct coin acceptors. Tried several coin acceptor manufacturers but got no response from them.
@@FernandoFerreira-iv6ew Oh okay. You can try to buy a card reader and install them in the vending machine. Maybe thats a solution. You can find explanations on youtube about installing card readers in vending machines
@@RJ-uz4lq Yes, I could but I would have to have access to internet at the location and the bank will also charge a monthly fee besides their 1% transaction fee and that if they are willing to setup a card reader.

I've been to a park where there was a Cage around the Vending Machine Outside. The Cage WAS MADE for a Vending Machine, too. There were openings where you would put the money, select the drink, and get the drink out, respectively. A Good Idea if you were to put a machine outside for future reference. (I know this happened like a YEAR ago, but better late than never.
Sometimes you gotta do what you gotta do but I don't think you should lay down refrigerated machines. I have heard it can damage the refrigeration pump.
I saw that you laid this machine down in the truck . Also I have seen you lay down another machine . I have been told that you should transport the drink machines standing up . Have you ever broke the cooling system or compressor by laying down a machine like that ?
