Hm, some nice “Aha” moments here, thank you. The transparent dark background that becomes the foreground to tone down the colours of the real background is a great tip. It also gave me the idea of creating a graphic like that and put it on top during the countdown before a stream. Then I could havethe camera overlay underneath “ live” while I'm setting up..
Yeah, I really like the cameras on screen during the countdown and outro. Feels very behind-the-scenes and it'd be so cool for you since you have instruments to set up and stuff!
Ecamm should provide this - Streamyard does and they are competitors. There should be easy templates to use for Guest interviews. Animated and customizable.
Heather- You went through the entire presentation in a smart articulate engaging manner. I sooo appreciate your drama free no faux enthusiasm- style. I especially liked your DIY “ND Filter” to drop the brightness of the background- and your tip at the end - Just add the names using Ecamm’s Text overlay function so you don’t have to rebuild the composite overlay each time you have a new guest.-. I’m not sure if they could since Ecamm is done locally, not through a browser like Streamyard.

When trying to set my camera behind the frames, when I click on the edit pencil the screen that comes up is blank. I can't choose custom. Help please.
Ecamm live interview mode is only 720p. How do you keep the guest interview quality so high?
I can't seem to find the corner radius on my key note? is this a new update add on?
Make sure you're inserting a "Rounded Rectangle" and not just a "Rectangle." The "Rounded" one will display the corner radius adjustment.
