In this video i show the Beko DTLCE80041 8kg Condenser Dryer and some of the features and benefits it offers. For a great buy visit here: www.lords-electrical.co.uk/wa...
I've got this 8kg dryer but in black as all my other appliances are black love mine had a Beko previously larger in size and white hated it this newer one is much better and the colour I needed, the older one turned out to be faulty and should have been recalled but never was, so glad when I got rid 😊
I’ve got a beko heat pump tumble dryer. Had it for 3 years so far and has worked perfectly all that time. The main feature I like is the drain hose that this this model this has.
cheers for the vid andy always try to catch them when i can, i dont like beko myself though i dont know why i just get the feeling they are not the most reliable of brands but thats just me thanks for vid👍
Hi, thanks for the video. I'm still confused about the container at the bottom left, where the grills are. What's it for? The booklet that came with it is so confusing! Where does the water condense? In the top tank or the bottom tank? Why does the booklet talk about pure water??
The container at the bottom left will be the condenser unit. This is to be kept clean by washing it through and brushing it to get rid of the fluff or lint around it. It will maintain the efficiency if you can keep it clean. The top tank is where the water collects after the drying process has completed.
Really after the first dry, it shouldn't smell of burning. I would contact the retailer where you purchased it from to check to make sure it is ok before you carry on using it.
Hello, sorry if a silly question but for the programmes that recommend a smaller load, do they use less energy than the standard 30 minute for example? Thanks 😊
Hi I purchased this and wanted to know whether it has the feature where if you put a 'mixed' load in will it stop when some items are dry so they don't over dry, then you take them out and comtinue the programme for it to finish drying? Is that what sensor dry means? I am abit confused bcs I used mixed but some clothes were dry and others not? So I stopped took out dry and pressed start again to dry the rest?
This will always be really difficult to manage if you are drying different fabrics at the same time. Personally i would recommend doing smaller loads with the same fabrics rather than trying to dry 1 large load and stopping the program part way through to take some clothes out.
Whenever I type this model in it comes up with Beko DTKCE80021W. Is that what you were referring to at the start? Also can I install this myself or would you say you need a connection by a professional? I dnt want it commected to drain pipe i will manually empty it
Certain models of these Beko dryers are for certain retailers, so the model i am showing DTLCE80041 is mainly through Euronics retailers and the DTKCE80021W is mainly through Currys but essentially are very similar models. They are easy to install, you just need to unpack it, plug it in and make sure it is level.
I've had a look at these and must admit i can't really tell the difference. They look the same, they are both 8kg and Sensor dry so i would just go the cheapest one.
Its called anti-crease. If you put a load before bed and just leave the dryer to run overnight it runs for a couple of hours so that the clothes don't wrinkle and you don't have to iron them
Not too sure, can you leave the door open after the load has finished? If you don't then sometimes it can cause a musty smell in the dryer and the next load can smell a bit. Also make sure the filter is kept clean.

hi i have 1 delivered yesterday but do I have to use the drain hose or can just use without?
Thankyou for explaining everything.. I have just bought this model and the instructions can be overwhelming! So thank you ❤
No problem, glad it was helpful for you. Thanks for the feedback 😊
Thanks it helps me a lot

Just bought the 10kg version. The only down side I have found so far is there is no countdown time on the screen to let me know how long is left.
What is the red light that is on throughout
I shouldn't worry about getting you spirit level out but just make sure it looks level with cabinets next to it and it doesn't rock at all

Could I ask politely for you to redo the video by showing the inside and the filter housing would that be possible for you to do kind regards justin
Is there a cool drying option or a way to change the temp? Don’t want some of my stuff to shrink?
There are different options on there like Cool refresh and some of the Synthetic options that will be at a lower temperature.
Do i need to fill up the container at the front with water if i dont have it connected to a drain hose
No, the container will fill with water automatically if you don't have the hose connected to take the water from the machine
I have just got this model and it smells of burning, is that normal when first few dries thanks . And thanks for explaining all the programs.

Yes normally the smaller load programmes will be more efficient in drying the clothes than a standard 30 minute program

I have a Beko with reverse drying. It’s annoying, can I turn it off or do all the cycles use that? Thanks!
If the dryer has reverse tumble then it will be automatic to reverse at a certain stage of the drying process to avoid tangling of the clothes.
Would you know what the difference is with model DTKCE80051W and DTKCE80021W
I've had a look at these and must admit i can't really tell the difference. They look the same, they are both 8kg and Sensor dry so i would just go the cheapest one.
Why when the tumble dryer stops it continues to make a noise unless switched off by the mains

How do I add water to this x
You made my day hahahaha 😂
whats the pipe for it comes with 🤯
The pipe is a drain hose where you can have the water exit the machine through a waste hose rather than emptying the tank all the time
So I don’t need to use the hose
No you don't have to
Hi 👋
Hi Annie 👋
why r my clothes coming out smelling bad
Not too sure, can you leave the door open after the load has finished? If you don't then sometimes it can cause a musty smell in the dryer and the next load can smell a bit. Also make sure the filter is kept clean.
