    गुरु जी आप कठिन योग को भी आसानी से करने की विधि बताया ,कपालभाती में मेरा स्ट्रोक अच्छे से नही लगता था लेकिन वज्रासन में बैठकर आसानी से स्ट्रोक लगा लेता आपको बहुत-बहुत प्रणाम आपको भविष्य में आप ऐसे ही लोगों को योग के बारे में जागरूक करते रहेंगे ऐसे ही आप से कामना करता हूं जय श्री राम

    I stop my yoga in bitween. Can't stop myself to write thanks. ..u are toooooooo good. ..then baba ramdev. ..i also want to do kapalbhati in this way. ..bcoz iam not compfertable with sukhasan. .u clear my issue. .love from Canada. ..so easy u make

    Dear Dr Yogacharya ji.
    Became very glad to see you and many many thanks for giving acknowledge about KAPALBHATI PRANAYAM. Gruji I am doing this PRANAYAM after Bhasrika and Bhramari PRANAYAM regularly about 4 -5 years. I feel better no doubt . I never
    ignore this. Anulom- Vilom pranayam also
    do after these three Pranayam. Perhaps
    these pranayam have a few errors. I try to
    remove them. In Anu -Vi pranayam ,Ikeep 300 - 350 strikes. After 200 strokes I felt
    Lagines and Sleepness at padmasna accidentally. What is causing? Is it symbol of wrong method ? Pl cleared
    this causes. I become nervous when it
    Happened. Thanking you. I would like to say that my age is 67 years and quite well.

      Make sure you are doing in garden or close to nature and away from bed or bedroom because bed always relate to sleep....

      Nahi isme galat nahi anulom vilom karne ke bad esa mahsoos hota h.....Ha bhastrika ke bad kapalbhati fir anulom villom or last me hi bhramari karna chahiye...

U r video r vry fantastic,i follow regularly,i do kapalbhati,then alum nilom ,bhasrika,brhamari,at end shavasan,i am diabetic of 45 age,but after doing pranayam i cannot sleep properly ful night ,my mind becomes alert n i face nidranash,pl suggest me what is the reason behind it ,as i am diabetic i hv to do pranayam ,also sir i tk chiaa seed water empty stomach,i hv gv u a call but it failed
