*Bakery Style Chocolate Brownies*
Ingredients
- 4 eggs
- Powered Sugar 3/4 cup or 125 g
Beat untill fluffy
- Vanilla Extract 1 tsp
- Oil 3/4 cup or 125ml
- Flour (maida) 1 cup or 100g
- Baking Powder 1/2 tsp
- Baking Soda 1 pinch
- Cocoa Powder 25 gm or 3tbsp
mix well
*Oven Baking Temperature* : 170 C oven baking timing: 30 to 35 minutes
(Without Oven Timing) baking in pateela on low medium heat pateela baking timing: 35 to 40 minutes
*Chocolate Frosting*
- Milk 1/4 cup
- Suger 2 tbsp
- Cocoa powder 2tbsp
Cooking
- Chocolate 150 gm
