I loved it... Some days earlier it was my brother's birthday
I tried a cake and it was a bit similar from it and it was successful
Ingredients
1. Any chocolate biscuit, I took choco good day.
2. A little bit of milk
3. A sachet of eno
4. Chocolate, I used dairy milk
5. And almonds (optional)
I made powder of 2 packet (30 rupees each) biscuits in a grinder jar. After that I added some milk to transform it in liquid.. Make sure you make it thick. Then I added a sachet of eno and some sugar. After that, I made it on the stove and left it covered till 40 minutes and I was was surprised it was perfect....
After that I needed to decorate it... I melted the dairy milks using the double boiler process and added some milk to it and added some tiny pieces of almonds in the choclate and pour it on the cake and it was Fantastic.

I just made this cake rn I substituted malai with milk because I did not have malai on my milk😂and I even added few chocolate chips in the batter it turned out really good and yummy 😋

Such an easy and perfect cake, within minutes, no hassle. I have added milk and cream half and half. Very soft and tasty. Thanks ❤
Ingredients oil half cup
Coco powder 1/4 cup
Sugar 1 cup
2 eggs
Vanilla essence 1 tsp
Blend together for 2 mins
Put in in a bowl add flour gradually 1 and 1/3 cup add baking powder 1 tsp and then wisk lightly malai 1/4 cup lemon juice half tsp use 9 inch mold grease with oil and place butter paper and if not available dust it with flour and then pre heat the 180c for 5 mins and then bake cake at 180 for 20 mins. Then put tha cake to cool down and then take it out then slice the cake and add chocolate ganache

Hello, You have said to put 1 tbsp Baking powder isn't it double the quantity needed,n no baking soda ,??/Also give option for eggless please!
Since shes not using baking soda she doubled the quantity of baking powder i think
