pro tip - once you've found the max module you're looking to install, you can store it in your inventory and duplicate that 2x's instead of making many dupes of the uninstalled module and relying on rng to get the max version 2 more times - happy hunting =]

I generally only have 2 weapons on my ship, I dislike changing too often and I want the infra-knife to be in the super slots. With those slots you could get up to 120k dps on the infra, and that melts anything fast. The manoeuvrability is nice, but not worth that damage drop.
I hear ya, melting other ships in a dog fight is handy. The added speed is really good when near the surface of a planet on a starship hunt. Double speeds go a LONG way ;)
Depends on the ship's base damage and I find some ships have better upgrade damage for certain types of weapons but that is just a theory. Also, adjacency with the SC slots is a big deal. Sometimes all four SC slots in a square is the big deal or in a t shape.@@Viilap
My sentinel ship does not have those supercharger slots as well plotted as yours but this guide made a massive overall diff to the ship. Feels way more combat ready then ever before. Thank you very much for the time and input.
If you supercharge the q-resonation it grants 2 additional beams instead of the default 1. Escentially doubles your damage. on normal with good x mods (not great, just good) it can kill sentinel dreadnaughts in a single strafing run under the belly once shields are down and kill pirate dreadnaughts before they jump if you forget or miss an engine.
You don't need all three hyper drives in order to travel to every star system, you only need the Indium Drive (S-Class), the other two are just wasted slots. Same goes for the Atlas Pass v3, v2, & v1. You only need v3 and it will work on all lower levels.
That is not how this works. Every hyperdrive upgrade gives you a better jump range. No shit you only need the last one. You still want all three installed to get a better adjacency bonus.

I couldn’t take down the sentinel Capital ship before but I did lots of damage, since they kept attacking me so I finally gave up. Can’t wait to do this and take one of those Capital Freighters down. Great video! I gut all the glyphs so I could go get a nice S class Sentinel ship. I started with manueuvrability, and damage output from two weapons... Infra knife is as good as everyone says, I like the phase beam as my back up... I use about 70% infra and 30% phase and it really keeps my shields topped off.
Hi, thank you, one time again for this (and all of these) video(s). Just I noticed that, for intance about the hyperdrive, I get better perf on a 3x3 based square, with first line first case nothing, then the B module, and the hyuperdrive module itself, on second line a A module, and two X modules, finally on the third line the second A module, the last X module, and the S one. As modules perform better when they have more sides in synergy with one side of another module of the same function, I do the same with the shield and all other functions, wherever possible.
@@hero2u1 I got pretty much max roles for everything apart from the movement x class upgrades. I've rolled over a 1000 of them and still no God roll lol.
With the figurines from the quicksilver shop and the trails you can also achieve very good maneuvering speed - if you do without two three weapons, you can keep the supercharge slots free and also achieve a very good speed.
I only use the Infra-Knife Accelerator, Photon Cannon and Phase Beam. I hardly use anything other than the Infra-Knife because I have over 121k DPS with the 4 block supercharged slot sentinel ship that you posted a while ago great ship by the way, but it's nice to see where to still the others if you wanted to use them. Great video.

Nice guide! Maybe try arrange the modules for shield and hyperdrive, I got slightly better with a bit lower stats (317 and 1832). Some of them are S actually. The SC slots on mine were 3 in a + shape (no left and mid), giving maneuverability and speed 2240.9 and 455. One SC slot for sentinel cannon giving peak 13.136. If I manage to match your X modules, then probably even better. Do not know if HG have change chance and stats though. EDIT: Hyperdrive range, forgot I had Atlas figurine adding 50LY.

800 is way OP, I prefer middle ground, 2 slots for speed, and 2 for infra knife - I still get 470 speed and the dam on weapon is strong enough to pop any ship in 1-2 sec max...

@@wolfheart1099 - I think the real stats for sentinel ships are still a work in progress ( see the Teleporter failure ...) but I am glad they bring something new. The only thing is missing is the living ships, who are now, by far, the ships with the worst stats in-game - slowest, worst upgrades, bugged teleporter, meh weapons, meh cargo... I really hope the Devs will turn their attention to the living ships, I love their special design, it is a shame they are now the worst ships in-game..

I was watching another one of your videos about cool sentinel ships and I've noticed your current ship fully upgraded with X modules having like 3300+ maneuverability and I was like whaaaaat ??? No way !!! Then it struck me, man, he must have overcharged his pulse engine modules. This video confirms it :) I would rather overcharge fully my infra-knife, having ~500 flight speed on planets is a bit too much, the game doesn't have time to render objects of interest properly because you're flying way too fast. I guess if you plan on having high speed during combat then it would make sense, but I still advocate for higher damage, you don't have to chase things if you kill them quickly :P

Soooo frustrating. I must say though, I found it a little hard to follow you, as you move through your instructions pretty fast. I had to rewind many times. Maybe if you could go a little slower between moves, it would help us slow pokes to catch up. I do appreciate your videos though. I don't know how you work all this out. I never really know what to put and where. As long as I get the square around things, I assume they are OK. Can't wait to fly my completed ship. I wish we could customise our sentinal ships. In colour at least. I've traversed the game for a purple ship, but just can't find one.

Utilize the Refiner Dupe glitch to duplicate modules and increase your chances of obtaining the perfect part. Here's a quick guide on how to do it: 1. Place a refiner. 2. Insert the item you want to duplicate into the refiner (no need to add fuel). 3. Place another refiner in the exact same spot as the first one and repeat this process (keep the spawned refiners in the same location). 4. Once you're finished (I recommend doing it around 10 times or 5 times to duplicate a stack of 5), simply begin picking up the refiners (hold the mouse wheel on PC) to duplicate the item. Maybe I'm just not patient enough (I lost count of the amount of restores I did and on PS4 it takes a long time) but the shield upgrades seem to have been changed. The trader offers two upgrades and every time they were both one at 18% and one at 19%. I'm now flitting between pirate controlled systems and, so far, have a 37%, a 33% and a 30%. It's more fun (for me) doing it this way.

I like to play around with the supercharger. I have 3 sentinel ships with crazy manoeuvrability and peak potential damage. I usually use one or two supercharger for the pulse drive and two or three superchargers for the Infra-knife, my only weapon needed. The one with 3 superchargers on Infra-knife, I litterally melt other ship, including players that want to fuck around lol, like it happens yesterday. I have a peak potential of 75 000. I guess it would be possible to get more, but its already so high.
Hello, HeRo2. This is a good video. However, is slightly inaccurate. There is no such thing as 25/11 Launch Thrust modules (max are 25/10), and for the rest of the modules presented the max damage is -1 than what you presented (I opened between 1000-10000 modules for getting the best stats, and I can tell you, the damage is -1 than in the picture). That is for future players who will look for maxed modules. Also, your distribution of modules for max stats in the tech inventory is very close to ideal, but not perfect. You can bring the numbers even higher. But, it’s good enough. Great video, my friend.

I actually found the overpowered version of the sentinel ship. Just to realize my randomly found S class squid ship is more powerful despite the overpower slots are not even near.
Hero u don't need to install all type of hyper drives ..if you install the indium drive then u can go to every system. U dont need cadmium drive and others
Yes you only need to install the Indium drive to go anywhere, but installing all of them gives you a higher warp range capabilities. You then can warp at farther distances than you normally would without them. I have over 2200 warp distance with them all installed. I mean you have a lot of technology space to use so why not?
It is not necessary to increase more than 1,500 the maneuverability Hello Games has capped the speed because the textures and planetary objects when piloting load well.
Actually starship shield S class module you can get 33% on it but its pretty rare i got few of them and used it pretty far in the game until i got 37-38% X class modules
@@hero2u1 yeah X class upgrades are more towards end game mix maxing,some of the S class numbers on wiki probably not updated as i got few of them exceed the numbers stated on wiki
Quick question about an awesome video! Why do we need to purchase every single upgrade at the anomaly? The B class upgrades for each weapon are pretty bad, why do I need to purchase them?
@@hero2u1 The main weapon doesn't have a class. @maxwellturner727 is talking about the B and C class upgrades. you can get much better if you replace that with S or X class upgrades
The technology upgrades at the anomaly work in addition to the S class upgrades you buy from a station upgrade vendor. They do not replace them. So you can have 3 S class upgrades from the space station and install your anomaly tech alongside. However without your anomaly tech you are limited to the 3 upgrades.
Why are you using several types of weapon? I thought that it makes more damage with every single weapon in setup (especially infra-knife) depending on core damage boost, but after some tests, seem's it's not. So you use it just cause of own preferences, right?

your forgetting. x class upgrade tend to be + or --, the stats are random, you will end up buying tons of x class upgrade, just to get +, if you are unlucky, you get lots of --, lol, stick with S class upgrades.
Why so many weapons, just to make the damage higher? I generally only install two, one being the phase beam for getting your shield back. Having to many to switch between makes getting back to your phase beam to recharge your shields annoying and you loose time.
One of these days, I hope hello games adds enemies to the game that warrant all this extra damage. Right now, there's just nothing in the game that requires this much DPS.

I went through all my ships tools and jetpack earlier today and duped 100s of x class upgrades trying to get the best roles lol.

Utilize the Refiner Dupe glitch to duplicate modules and increase your chances of obtaining the perfect part. Here's a quick guide on how to do it:
1. Place a refiner.
2. Insert the item you want to duplicate into the refiner (no need to add fuel).
3. Place another refiner in the exact same spot as the first one and repeat this process (keep the spawned refiners in the same location).
4. Once you're finished (I recommend doing it around 10 times or 5 times to duplicate a stack of 5), simply begin picking up the refiners (hold the mouse wheel on PC) to duplicate the item.

Maybe I'm just not patient enough (I lost count of the amount of restores I did and on PS4 it takes a long time) but the shield upgrades seem to have been changed. The trader offers two upgrades and every time they were both one at 18% and one at 19%. I'm now flitting between pirate controlled systems and, so far, have a 37%, a 33% and a 30%. It's more fun (for me) doing it this way.

i actually bought about 50k upgrades for nanites for entire video . i had to buy from each 20 to 25 to get best 3

I like to play around with the supercharger. I have 3 sentinel ships with crazy manoeuvrability and peak potential damage. I usually use one or two supercharger for the pulse drive and two or three superchargers for the Infra-knife, my only weapon needed. The one with 3 superchargers on Infra-knife, I litterally melt other ship, including players that want to fuck around lol, like it happens yesterday. I have a peak potential of 75 000. I guess it would be possible to get more, but its already so high.
Hello, HeRo2. This is a good video. However, is slightly inaccurate. There is no such thing as 25/11 Launch Thrust modules (max are 25/10), and for the rest of the modules presented the max damage is -1 than what you presented (I opened between 1000-10000 modules for getting the best stats, and I can tell you, the damage is -1 than in the picture). That is for future players who will look for maxed modules. Also, your distribution of modules for max stats in the tech inventory is very close to ideal, but not perfect. You can bring the numbers even higher. But, it’s good enough. Great video, my friend.

I've got a ship that does 968u planetside but seems no faster than 500u. I suspect actual speed is capped depending on platform and terrain generation
Recommend test with 4 SC one. I got mine a lot faster. I'm surprised it's moving 522 with normal upgrades not best ones

Hero u don't need to install all type of hyper drives ..if you install the indium drive then u can go to every system. U dont need cadmium drive and others
That actually true. I actually wanted to put only indium drive then saw no man's sky resources talking about hidden bonuses because others too.
Yes you only need to install the Indium drive to go anywhere, but installing all of them gives you a higher warp range capabilities. You then can warp at farther distances than you normally would without them. I have over 2200 warp distance with them all installed. I mean you have a lot of technology space to use so why not?

It is not necessary to increase more than 1,500 the maneuverability Hello Games has capped the speed because the textures and planetary objects when piloting load well.
I actually noticed textures not loading good at that speed 😅
I can safely say this isn't true. My ship is even faster then this in the video. So no cap.

Actually starship shield S class module you can get 33% on it but its pretty rare i got few of them and used it pretty far in the game until i got 37-38% X class modules

Quick question about an awesome video! Why do we need to purchase every single upgrade at the anomaly? The B class upgrades for each weapon are pretty bad, why do I need to purchase them?
they actually the main weapon itself. the class on it doesn't matter actually
@@hero2u1 The main weapon doesn't have a class. @maxwellturner727 is talking about the B and C class upgrades. you can get much better if you replace that with S or X class upgrades
The technology upgrades at the anomaly work in addition to the S class upgrades you buy from a station upgrade vendor. They do not replace them.
So you can have 3 S class upgrades from the space station and install your anomaly tech alongside. However without your anomaly tech you are limited to the 3 upgrades.
Why are you using several types of weapon? I thought that it makes more damage with every single weapon in setup (especially infra-knife) depending on core damage boost, but after some tests, seem's it's not. So you use it just cause of own preferences, right?

your forgetting. x class upgrade tend to be + or --, the stats are random, you will end up buying tons of x class upgrade, just to get +, if you are unlucky, you get lots of --, lol, stick with S class upgrades.

Why so many weapons, just to make the damage higher? I generally only install two, one being the phase beam for getting your shield back.
Having to many to switch between makes getting back to your phase beam to recharge your shields annoying and you loose time.
In case you want switch between them. But in general I only use 3. I just showed full weapons if someone into it
