Love the Rancilio & Niche machines, but the gusher shot doesn't look too tasty... Does the new Silvia allow for group head pressure management?

Yeah I agree, having dialled in post shoot, it’s great! I don’t know about pressure management but I think once you’ve found the sweet spot, it makes the difference. Def needs a fine grind
