Not sure why the description says this isn't the same band. This is the same Citizen that released the albums Youth, Everybody is Going to Heaven, and the upcoming As You Please. I recognize both Mat and Nick in the photos and the venue is Frankies Inner City in Toledo. I've been to at least two dozen shows at Frankies since high school and met these guys when we were in high school (I did not go to high school with them, they just played a lot of the local shows I went to) and they had a metalcore band (Mat, Nick, and Eric were members of it). Ironically, the only show I've ever actually seen them play as Citizen was their first show at Frankies where they were the first band to play that night, opening for Set Your Goals. Set Your Goals had an off day of their tour with Motion City Soundtrack. This show was on January 28, 2010 for anyone who was there and can maybe add the setlist info to setlist.fm
Are you stupid? That whole long ridiculous comment trying to prove this is Citizen when he NEVER said it wasn't, the description says IF it isn't the same Citizen, to let him know.
@@tylercarlson3576 I know it's an election year and tensions are high, but fuck, man. Calling me stupid for a comment I made on a video 2 years ago, explaining without a shadow of a doubt that this is indeed Citizen. Maybe I read the comment wrong? I genuinely don't know, because it was TWO YEARS AGO. Geesh.
@@tylercarlson3576 but to answer your question, no, I'm not stupid. I'm just incredibly long winded and often give more info than anyone wants, if I'm being completely honest 😅
im a girl btw tbh I agree. TWY used to be an easycore band too and I still like ALL the stuff they've ever released. Citizen just didn't make a very good transition into "srs tr00 muzik".
+DeathByDirt Yeah, they have released a decent variety of material and most of it is pretty good in my opinion although I like their earlier shit more too :\
when u listen to daggermouth for a year straight and then hit the studio
All Citizen is fantastic, but Everybody is Going to Heaven is their best album
yes, but no
"stranded, we aren't the hopeless"
definitely Ciz lol, the chorus to this song is catchy as fuck yo
