I'm not sure if the scrapping mod for the PlayStation is able to scrap that metal awning piece. But I do know for the Xbox its a little tricky to scrap as well. But the trick is to not look directly at the metal piece, but below it. Look directly at the wall underneath the metal awning & if the mod allows it for PS, you can then scrap it.
dude Dave this is fucking awesome!! i always love all of you're videos and to be honest i just forget to comment. I've always found Hangman's Alley a pain in the ass to build in i have this same style in my head like you're build cramped and rickety and dirty like all of you're builds witch i love that style. but i can never do Hangman's Alley fucking right!!

i remember when the first vid i watched i think it was how to build like a roof or floor in sanctuary? i think. but you're style is so realistic and junky unlike any other fallout builder's on youtube so i just really relate to this style! it fucking so just... satisfying? if you know what i mean? anyway i know you don't need a fucking life story in you're comments so i will stop typing now!. thanks for awesome builds and looking forward to those vlogs!
What mods on ps4 allow you to scrapcthe stairs?That and that floating metal piece (up top) are the only things I never can scrap.I wonder if its bc I'm using the STS individual plug-ins instead of the "all in one?"
Good stuff! I'm a big fan of Hangman's for my Survival playthroughs, it's really well-situated for a central base of operations. Also good luck with Necromunda! I'm working on some Van Saars myself using the Legacy Gang Rules & a combination of Skitarii, Genestealer Neophytes, Scions & other misc bitz. You're going to have to show us your Pokemans when you finish some up.

This very much reminds me of the build I was working on at Starlight, when you shouted me out. Much more compact though. Mine was a much bigger build, only because I had a much larger area. I had all of my stores on the first floor, second floor a hotel, and third floor as a bar. Then a very compact town around the water hole. You should check out that build Davey, it may help you come up with something for this.

It looks awesome, I love you Davey, and you've even replied to like 3 of my comments now, but I have to say, being drunk and high, you should try the 3d signs instead of the neon. It almost looks perfect, and I want the same perfection in all of your builds as your Magnum opus The Castle. Keep it up man, the fact were still watching after all of us stopped playing is amazing.
My Hangman's Alley was a market place for travelers & raiders. A shady place the Minutemen or Valentine would go to when looking for someone or to get intel. Though I haven't touched it since mods or on my new save... may have to use some of your ideas for this one when I start Hangman's again.

Friendly heads up. Your raider vendor at 12:20, the front wood wall is a bit angled into the storefront.
This reminds me of the Pitt Dlc from FO3, where the slaves live at the bottom and the Raiders in the buildings
in the building with the weapons workshop I scrapped the first wall on the left and built "inside the building" and hid my power generators in there. Always watching these videos for inspiration though
The mod for the pizza settlement next door to pickmans gallery is awesome! So cute.
Theres a mod that opens up the apartments connected to hangman's ally so your traders and settlers have a place to live. I think it gives you roof access as well.

I just used scaffoldings to make three floors to the whole area.

attached it to the wall (the ones you cannot build/delete) and then select-all pillar glitched it into place
