I have a different suggestion for modification of an envelope. On Windows - make a time selection, press ctrl and shift, grab an envelope and pull it using mouse. It will make points just like in your action.
When I am dragging to select, reaper is only selectiong in .500 of a second, is there a way I can get it to only select the exact amount of time I have dragged over, rather than rounding it up?
You can’t select “marquee select items” then add time select anymore, you either pick one are the other now.. I like reaper but I’m bout to give up on it soon
I just checked and its there. Arrange view - Right Drag - Marquee select items - set to "set time selection". Since this published we also have Razor edits, worth looking at those for area editing too
These are great! Thank you for sharing. I'm already smiling thinking about how some of my workflow will improve once I get these implemented.

yep, I do that too, or cmd drag to draw on the envelope. Trust me, this is even faster.
Thanks for the "remove selected area of items" idea! I've made countless mistakes forgetting that the left and right items are both selected.
Every video Jon... every one. Thank you.
