In Odisha pakhal is the must important dish in summer all viewers you guy's must try that food Procedure :- at night add some water to the rice and eat it on breakfast and also in lunch add some green chilli chopped in small pieces and squeeze half of a lemon and add some yougurt then try this with aalu (potato)chutney that will blow your mind 🤤🤤 actually we odia's really like potato so you will find every dish with potato

You have not been to any city of western Odisha like Sambalpur or Bargarh.Let me tell you ,u will find different types of food there which have their own identity and unique taste.I m frm Bhubaneswar,bt one of my fave snack frm western Odisha is chaul bara,bara from rice.In Bhubaneswar,You will find a small shop of chaul bara near lingaraj lassi. Please try chaul bara. And thanks for visiting Odisha. And you will find typical Odia food at Ekrama Hata behind Ram mandir. There are 4/5 hotels and please try pohala machha kasa with pakhala . And to be very honest,u will get the the real taste of pakhal in any household of Odisha rather than in any hotel.

In Telugu it is called Genji Annam.
