Shannon is using upholstery foam, he recommends 1" or thicker. For a complete list of the materials he uses, click on the link above and scroll down to the materials list. We have tried to make finding and purchasing the materials necessary for the lessons as easy as possible. Enjoy!

I use thermoplastic and a heat gun. You could also use plumbers epoxy. There's lots of stuff they don't explain in those vids
That's what I to be when I older
Libby Heath Good luck 👍
Movies need more puppets in them.
Did you do it?
I’m reading his book now. It’s so inspiring.
I have shed I need to sort out.
hello stanwinstonschool
very helpful tutorial!
and i want to ask:
1.did you made the head by casting it with latex or you only used sculpey on an armature?
2.can i use any kind of latex?
1. I'd say they just used the Sculpey.
2. Any latex should do, but stick to liquid latex.
thnk you!!
Whats sort of foam is it?
at 1:26
Upholstery foam. Walmart sells it as project foam.
I've drawn 20 life sized dinosaurs, is that good enough for a blueprint?
