give the provinces chance to grow, let them develop their own place by using their own collected taxes work for their growth. its been long time they are suffering not receiving enough for their own development. give federalism a chance

This is not by single province but by region that comprise provinces. Each region are no longer dependent from the so called-manila controlled goverment. Each region has now the ability to manage their own financial gains and even compete with other regions.
AGREE...only if the head of the states will not be corrupted!!! Otherwise, it will be subject to a big time failure!
not all regions are self-sufficient. some regions only rely on the national government. if we give federalism a chance, then it will only put them in a destructive state because all regions will be busy providing within themselves. which state will aid the ones which are in need? think.
Nevertheless,the negative minded colleagues of his would refute his way of thinking,he sounds so reasonable and logical enough,a deductive reasoning for us to try and find out if the shoe fits! More Power to You,this time for another year in the seat for the Senate 2022..

just change the flow of money that's what the people want why are they making it complicated!
just make it 70% of the money retain by the city and 30 go to congress to divide. why do they need more leaders and added system to a redtape infested government.

that's bad for business were not a big country that business can be isolated in one "state". like the train law this will be a disaster.
He might be eloquent but i think as a lawmaker they should be postive and optimistic on the initiative of the government to improve our system.
When the Duterte admin. have convincingly did something to combat corruption and have made Government an efficient tool of service delivery to the people maybe federalism would be more palatable.
Let me share these and all of you are aware., with the corruption clean up you do not have those number to increase and there will be alot of money can be use for build build build. Have we think about this before?
