This is impressive. The fact that people not only still play this game as they also compete for WC speedruns is amazing. Good childhood times playing this game (or the first version, not sure). Mount n Blade made this game into a more solid one.

Yeah man its actually much easier to create a custom character than it is starting with a predefined one.It also feels a lot more genuine,since u can really get attached to them,unlike being given a random one lol
I remember enjoying this series of flash games when I was a kid. Ahaha. My main tactic was going to accumulate enough gold and get more soldiers. Then slowly capture cities and get better units. After that, I just go and gather a huge number of units then charge at all cities, continue to get more units, then rinse and repeat. It is fun but when you can get as many soldiers as you want without limit. Just rely on human wave tactics of high level soldiers and its easy. I enjoyed the start and mid more but when you get strong enough, its just a chore really. You just curbstomp everyone.
Yeah for doing a no army speed run (which is mostly slower because you don't have arrow rain) doing a ninja build is the fastest because of the crazy attack speed and crit.
@@misteral9045 Have you tried the Katar Meteor Strike? I think thats way better than anything the far east has, You take out everything like 3 tiles in all directions and can spam it killing tons
@@Kirasupporter1 It's only within 3 tiles around your hero, so you need a way to kill enemy ranged, and shurikens kill things across the map. The Far East has no horses so the troops have high stats, you gear up fast and then sweep the other nations.The only time you have to move is when something goes behind cover, which is usually accidental.
I dont remember how it was done, as its been 10 years or so since I last played this game, but there was an infinite money glitch that could be done right at the start of the game. I accidentally found it as a kid. I think it had something to do with selling a unit(?) but I dont remember.
I remember that too! I remember I would do it with the legionnaire unit after a little bit of playing. I just remember buying units until my army was too big, but I forget the next steps. You end up selling a unit from your army, but it doesn't disappear, and you can sell the unit over and over again letting you get a lot of money.
please can you suggest more games like this ? i completed this game and I want to play more game like this . feudalism 2 is really good. i don't like feudalism 3,4 much
My younger brother and I would speedrun the game, using these rules to make the game harder: -No greek fire weapon, or greek fire soldiers -No katanas (but samurai soldiers are allowed) -No katars (arab soldiers are allowed) -No aura abilities

Damage skills are really good but king units was immune all skills it require best units to beat them

Adobe Flash was abandonned. Maybe you could try Mount and Blade Warband or Bannerlord. See some videos about those games on RUclips.

Got vague memories of barely making any progress in this one. Wasn't the Custom Character thing a website exclusive?
Yeah it was but eventually other sites got a hold of that version.
