I started to suffer from anxiety and I had a really bad time for about a whole year. However, it was only in Jesus where I could find peace and balance. He made me new. I always had to have everything planned, but He taught me to leave my planner empty (or almost empty lol). I started to apprecciate His plans for me, to live one day at a time, and to count on his mercy every single day :).... I'll be praying for you, sis! Hugs and Kisses from Venezuela.

When I let him get in my boat of crazy circumstances and situations he brings peace. I need to learn to let him in instead of leaning on my own abilities. I follow like quotes from the Bible and I see that first thing in the morning and when I need motivation or guidance or if I just look on instagram, I see these quotes from the Bible which helps me and reminds me of God that He is with me and what He would want me to do in times of trouble or just for the day. 🙏❤ I recommend. I agree about social media. I rarely go on facebook anymore. I'm sick and tired of it. If I get a notification I go on and check it but that's pretty much it. I can't give up youtube but no instagram for me or twitter or whatever. I could less about selfies, etc. I don't compare too much but actually TV commercials can do that to you too...they can make me depressed sometimes because they're all so fake. Yes Jesus was and is very real and brave is an understatement! I'm older but I have struggles and issues too that I never share so if I didn't have the Lord I don't know how I would survive! When I get overwhelmed (I love that you said sinking...great description) I can talk and cry to Him and I feel better. Mark 6 has always been one of my favorite chapters in the Bible! I needed this today...you were talking to me!
That is the same exact problem I have. I am a mom and HAVE SO MANY THINGS TO DO I want to learn how to be a biblical mother and well better in everything I am, but my three kids demands so much of my time it feels so overwhelming !! makes me wish I never had kids.. I know is the devil putting those thoughts in my mind when I am tired and angry... I love my children so much that I am angry I cant spend the right amount of time with God to be better for them! Amen...be the real you...social media can be misleading was the word I was thinking...lord took me off fb years ago because of that reason no " real friends" we look at peoples lives through such a lenses and compare ourselves and covet things that are not even true life.. I do not miss fb and I'm so glad the lord took me away from always judging myself through the worlds eyes....be your self your amazing young women after gods heart I love it !!!
