Kept getting that, gave up and thought my internet was trash, what actually fixed it for me was, and hear me out yes it's weird, the VRAM scale on the graphic settings, if you have it set to 80-90 you will get packet burst, im running a 3080 and I put mine to 70 on the slider and somehow problem solved :) try it lemme know

There’s also a glitch where if you have frame generation turned on in campaign it stays on in multiplayer and you don’t have the option to turn it off unless you go back to campaign
@@ennvex Yeah I was about to say this. The actual "bug" is that you have Frame Generation enabled and the 400+ frames you're getting are FROM the Frame Generation feature, not native frames. The game temporarily disables Frame Generation everytime you go into the Tac Map or when you're watching the Final Killcam or when you're in the main menu and I think that's on purpose.
DLSS and DLAA also don't increase performance by a noticeable amount. In many setups they also hurt performance when they're supposed to give you a meaningful boost.
DLAA is DLSS at native res. But the reason for DLSS not really doing much is likely due to VBS (Variable Rate Shading) being on when no upscaling is on
** PSA ** Thanks to xJMacD, I was able to find out that I had frame gen enabled through the campaign, causing this glitch. To disable frame gen, you need to load into campaign > disable > return to MP / zombies. Thanks & lova ya ❤

I get 100 fps but when I reset my settings to low and redo them to my previous ones it makes my fps go to 160 - 180 this is weird they need to fix this
could be the way cod balances fps as it's the only game i played that gives you good fps rather than put your pc on 300000rpm for 10 fps more "in this case its bugged"

This has been a thing for so long. It also happens on console. I thought my ps5 was underperforming but its actually an issue within the game. Very noticeable on PS5 as VRR won't function when under 48 fps so ghosting and sloppiness become very apparent.
I hope they improve performance in a few updates. You get 400 but tons of people are getting pretty bad FPS with more than decent specs, unfortunately.
What also is surprising to me I’m on an 4070 ti super and 7800x3d cpu 1080p and I get on lowest of lowest settings like avg of 100-150fps.. it’s mind blowing I feel like this game does have lots of issues with fps. My mwiii ran way better
@@ennvexyeah I do! EXPO on as well. What I notice a lot is that the Lows are so ass for me I have no idea why. Only thing that made me actually play the game with higher frames is turning AMD frame gen on in the config.. I’m still so sad about my performance without even with it.
best rule of thumb for NVIDIA Drivers is to never update when you need to. If a driver is working then leave it at that... sometimes I stay on couple months back even or a year!

@@user38526say what you want about consoles, but the series X is essentially equivalent to a AMD 6700 or a 3060 TI graphically speaking. It should be running B06 at 120 frames minimum. Console specs are increasingly becoming closer to the average dudes PC hardware.

You would be surprised how some simple tweaks in Nvidia control panel can make a game feel playable even though it shouldn’t realistically be running. The game is definitely GPU intensive as opposed to CPU because the minimum CPU requirements seem extremely low for a modern AAA game.

Either way those are exactly the recommended specs listed to have a 60fps experience at the presumable standard of 1080p I assume. so im on recommended specs and not even minimum specs and im struggling. I haven’t tested in mp or campaign since I’m a zombies only player but it’s still kinda disappointing that I have to play at 720p with fsr frame gen. Same setup here. I mostly play Multiplayer and Warzone so Im looking for the most FPS. Im also on a 240hz 1080p monitor. With all settings set to Low, and Textures set to Normal. Changing a couple settings in the config file seemed to help my issue a lot. By manually setting the Renderer count in the config file, I see anywhere from 190-280 FPS, sometimes even going over 300 FPS. Before, I couldnt even break 140 FPS on 1080p LOL. So definitely give the config file a go and see what the results are.

Yeah I've noticed. When the game first dropped I was getting 250 to 330s. Now it's complete trash.

@@Zeldakostv Bro i would not be able to get i crimson on ps4 but on pc i got iri 4 times in mw3 fps matter bc you can play more of your actual performance and skill level and not being limited by visuals and input delays and frames per second sure if you shoot on a person you kill him as fast as a ps4 player or a 300 fps pc player but the game is not about players standing still and just click you track and target switches and you just cant do that as well on a ps4 as on a 300 fps pc.
so you obviously running a 450hz monitor
