Love Sunshine's color combination & happy to witness time out of the cage. However, i didn't see anything in her cage to keep her occupied (ex. foraging appropriate toys). Otherwise, feather plucking will continue. The internet has a plethora of info on this subject. I apologize, but the round cage (not knowing if you are aware) carries alot of controversy within the 'Bird' community & again there's nothing in it's cage except for food/water. Please do some bird specific research for your beautiful feather babies. P.S. Please understand, I'm NOT judging you, only giving some friendly advice..
Hi I’m her sister. This was 2 years ago and they have both been moved into large cages, although we were unaware of the round cages being in humane not long after this video they fight large cages and toys. We tried everything for our Sunshine’s plucking but she never stopped unfortunately. She also passed this November but lived a wonderful life.

Yes, you can! However, up to the bird if it chooses to talk or not. I have a female peach-faced Lovebird that says, 'Peek-A-Boo' & 'Baby'. My male green IRN actually taught her to say 'Peek-A-Boo'! She loves to sing along w/me while I'm doing the dishes as well, she's a character..
@@kimberlyjmurphy-mcquary544 I have raised a few hundred Lovebirds and Parrotlets and I can assure you, Lovebirds do not "speak" in the manner that Parrotlets and other Hookbills can. They may make a variety of noises, and often the owner will claim it's saying a word, but they don't talk in the conventional manner.
Hi not sure if anyones said anything yet but the cage youre housing youre other lovebird in is far too small :( the round cage can cause psychological issues in your bird and it needs so much more space, a wide variety of perches and toys :( please for the health of your bird invest in a different cage!
Hi I’m her sister and since the past two years we’ve learned a lot and got big cages and toys. This is also when we first got them so we had to use the cages we’ve had from the past :).

I love how in every lovebird video I find, each one makes different noises. Some whistle, some squawk, some speak. It makes each one stand out more.
My birb is so happy rn
What I have found is if you give your lovebirds some sugarcane branches, it reduces their plucking
Thank you! I’m her sister
My bird loved its soo mutch
Hope you got a new cage for the other lovebird. The other large cage is beautiful.
We did! I’m her sister

This was also when we first got them, but just Sunshine was found outside on the street and we took her in, never knew how old she was.

Hi! I’m her sister and unfortunately we can’t tell you, it was a gift from our aunt.

my fishers saying hi
My love bird is very scared 😨😨
Hola mi niña hermosa, mi Solecita preciosa, mi dulce mariposa
Oh my! Have they been pulling their feathers?
Oh yes, she was molting at the time. But they grew back quite quickly.
Round cages are inhumane.
@@SuperLuvbuggy it isn’t round, it just has a round top
@@chippysam2005 at the 33 second mark there is very clearly an all-around cage.
@@SuperLuvbuggy oh yeah i see it now :( i don’t support round cages either
Recently got a lovebird. Can we teach them to say actual words talking?
