Yo, this is how interviews should be done. She doesn't interrupt, she fills in gaps, and is interested and well informed. Give her best interviewer award!!
Every one of these interviews, the folk say the same thing. She does her research, she's a fan, but she knows how to let the subject speak for him/herself. She is GOOD at her job!
I really like this interviewer 👏🏼😄 She is obviously a super fan of all theater magic but still maintains herself cool, calm and collected. Very professional 👍🏼
As I watch this interview for the third time (because Chris Jackson), I can't help wishing this lady had interviewed the cast of Get Out. She's a great interviewer! I'd love to hear her take on the movie and just listen to her and Daniel Kaluuya talk.
What a great interview series and interviewer. She's so knowledgeable and really allows each cast member the time to answer questions and tell stories. More interviewers need to take a leaf out of her book.
My daughter, who works about 10 blocks from the Rogers theatre, saw the show at the Public and raved about it to her co-workers.Told them they had to see it when it comes to Bway. They didn't listen.NOW they all want tickets.
+PamUdom It's ME! I'm Laura Heywood, aka @BroadwayGirlNYC across social media (most active on Twitter). I also recently launched my own youtube channel! They've updated the credits now. :-) I'm really happy you enjoyed the interview!
I just have to say how admirable and lovely this interviewer is WOW!! now glancing at the comments as I type this I see how much others agree, but as soon as I saw the interview she did w/ Alex Lacamoire (first interview I saw of her--and w/ a Hamilton creator, so excited to see all the other ones she's done w/ cast) I was fascinated... so now I will be watching for Hamilton ppl and her!!
I think it's absolutely amazing that lawyers still use the Federalist Papers in practice today. Ha. I bet he's been recognized a GREAT deal more now than he did 3 years ago. xD! Chris has been great.
I wanted to see Hamilton In theaters one day actually in New York City. For Chris Jackson i wanted advice to rap as fast as Daveed. And maybe i can sing Guns and Ships from Hamilton with Chris Jackson and Leslie Odom jr.

I think this show arrived at the best possible time. Love, love, love Hamilton.
When he talks about his kids I hear "Dear Theodosia" pop up in the back of my mind.

"We're trying to get the 'G Dog' up there" :')
what book is she referring to when she's referring to Lin writing? 2:02. Thought the musical was based on Ron Chernow's book.
"The book" means the script of the musical, also known as the libretto.
And he also wrote a actual book called Hamilton: A Revolution
Theater is real magic! Or as close to magic as anyone can possibly get!
