When you are vlogging, do not use natural or vibrant...they make you look like you have intense sunburns...use flat for a true natural look, more details, wider dynamic range. Save natural and vibrant for action/spors type shots.
Im soooo excited to follow these instructions, just got my first big boy camera, gopro10 delivered and Im eager to learn the setting, and take it out for a ride. I must say tho, opening the battery door was a pain in all the wrong places, like i literally had to read a manual and follow a youtube video to just open the door, I hope the settings are amatuer friendly.. This is my second bad boy camera actually, I bought a Nikon D 5600 cam and with the bulk and complications of moving around with it, its sadly stored in its original box, so I resulted to using my good old samsung phone for my travel videos. Crossing fingers I shall make amazing contents with my new GoPro10, following your video
I've had mine since December. I'm just a dad trying to record all the best moments of my two daughters growing up. It was one of the best purchases I've ever made. It makes it easy to get great video with minimal tinkering. Or if you want to dive in deep like this channel you can. This guys tips are legit. Even then it's still an easy camera to learn.
Ok. This was a great video and I learned why the quality of my videos suck. Its the device I use to edit and download. I'm just getting into tech. What kind of device would y'all recommend for editing and downloading that is inexpensive and easy for older people? Thanks again for the great video/info.
Frustrated here. Fellow RUclipsr so not clicking the thumbs down because I’m also part of the problem. Just got the new hero 10 for Father’s Day. so excited to film now on family vacation to Cozumel! Just learning everything and you said this video was for beginners but you did not start from the main screen. I have clicked and swiped in every direction and still can’t find the area to set my own filming mode that you talked about. I’ll have to do it each time I film and try to remember what to use from your video.
after wacthing this awesome video, I think this great camera all videomaker need right now bro.. but I not yet have this camera, I hope someday.. someday.. someday..
Hi Jake, Thank you for always providing us with very qualitative videos. 👀💯🔝 I have a small question soon I would like to treat myself to my very first gopro but I don't really want to take the subscription only the gopro is it compulsory to use the gopro on a daily basis ? Thank you 😄
Really useful Video. And the cinematic section was super beautiful. I don't own a Go Pro yet but now I'm hyped about getting one. I'm considering buying Go Pro 10 for capturing people's reactions when showing them street magic.
Thanks guys, I just saved all 4 settings to remember. My gopro tho has no option for presets, I can only change whats given, which is ok I can reset anyways. Thanks again, let me have fun now with this one
The irony of filming that clip was that the chlorine literally burnt my eyes!! Miss u bruuuu, we're back in Oz and will dip over to NZ to catch for a snowboard in july if you're around!
Hey! Buddy... I've viewed your RUclips channel, for the first time and have done subscribed. Keep doing a very good content. Love from Assam state (INDIA) 👌✌❤❤❤❤❤👍
I just bought a GoPro 12 and I love it but I have noticed that sometimes on certain skin tones things look a bit over sharpened and you can see a lot of blemishes on people’s skin, almost looks too sharp. If I’m just shooting scenery, everything looks gorgeous but when I’m shooting people or interviewing people, their skin looks a little sharp or even artifacts a bit. What do you suggest for better results?
Loved the video man! I'm a beginner at this and I'm super excited to start it. I'm gonna be using it for mounting biking, & I was just curious what do you use to edit your videos? If you respond I would extremely appropriate it! Much love
Final cut pro, if you have Apple mac. If not, then “premier pro” for windows. If you want something simple, then you should try “Filmora” .. For something much complicated and works best for color grading your videos “davinci resolve” I recommend premiere pro for you, and hope it helps

I have GoPro 10 black. I shoot 1080p coz my Pc doesn't support 2k editing. when I upload to youtube the picture quality drops too much. I have seen many videos and tried exporting from editing software using the 4k setting. still no use. how you do it. Please tell.
I have a hero 10 but it stresses me out because I have a iPhone 8, I like to post on IG but it’s just not that great quality, any advice? Amazing video

Hey, thanks for this video. I've been using a GoPro Hero 10 as a second camera, but I often find I get really bad camera shake. I have a question regarding using multiple frame rates. When you edit then using multiple frame rate footage, what do you use as the project master?

My question is if I am mainly editing on my S22, and mostly posting on Instagram/Facebook can I still shoot in 5k/4k? Also what app would you recommend for photos and video editing? I assume light room for photos and not sure which one is the best for video editing? I'm sure I have a million other questions but will start here. Hopefully this reaches you!! Keep up the good work guys" 👏
Hey Kris, for mobile editors we recommend filming in 2.7K or lower, this will allow for the mobile device to smoothly edit the content. Longer format videos, anything over 2 minutes we'd recommend editing on a laptop. Lightroom definitely for photos or you could try luminar, it's also great and for videos on mobile we recommend adobe rush or capcut :) If you're interested in up skilling with your action camera we're launching our masterclass on demand in a few days which shares a tonne of other content creation tips and tricks, you can check out the current course overview here: www.notjustcolour.com/zero-to-hero-masterclass

Hello I have a Gopro 10 and a mavic mini, mavic mini videos look way better than the gopro (depth and detail) is there anything I can do so the videos look more alike to the mavic mini?
When I power my gopro 10 on there's a little yellow dot on the video shutter icon and it won't allow me to start recording when I touch it on the screen, nothing happens. All of the other touch features work fine and I can record using the physical shutter button on the camera no problem. I've dug all through the settings and can't figure it out...HELP!!!
My hero 10 has horrible footage since I got it. Tried so many settings. Jittery. Looks like 640 x 480. Objects jump around, trees appear and disappear. Etc. Slightest shadow makes the footage dark. Hunts for propper lighting, etc. Your footage looks a million times better than mine. Do I have a complete lemon of a camera?? Do I need to exchange it?
I am kinda new in this go pro world ....can someone give me good advice about should i take hero 9 or 10? I heard 10 have problems with overheating.....just want have some good stuff to take good photos and videos thx everyone 🙋♂️👌
What frame rate do you mostly shoot with?
60fps
24
i prefer 60fps with 4:3 aspect ratio
24 fps
Always 60, so you can slow down if needed in post.

Great job legend . Can you explain how to fix youtube pixelation please.
Since the front lens has a water repellent, do you suggest putting a tempered glass protector over it to protect it from rocks and everything?
The front lens does a great job and we think it's fine as it is without any additional tempered glass :)
