So I tried your new strategy this week...MAJOR SUCCESS! 8 sales yesterday alone! I really enjoy shopping for new items so this method allows faster Flips to make room for new inventory
I used the bulk OTL feature to send 25, 30, and 35 from Wednesday to Friday and made six sales each day. I'll probably perform this strategy twice a month. Meanwhile I now understand the need for the closet signs so I'll work on those in Canva. Thank you for the amazing content.
I do my offers starting on Friday and then turn off my VA for offers and manually do the bulk offers more aggressive until about Tuesday. I had an amazing amount of sales last weekend and it was the first time doing it.
Super helpful, unique and great strategy. During my morning walk with my dog i sent out my 2nd offer and within seconds i got 2 sales. I recommend your chanel to a fellow friend. im helping her to start her posh business. Thank you
No, I have discount shipping on most items anyway, I have the setting to include discounted from before and didn't revise. I figure it will be helpful now more than ever to entice buyers. Plus I have it all worked into my pricing so its no big deal.
Hi. i really like this video but u can explain to me how can i schedule the offers. and i have another question, if i do the process like monday-wed-friday, and someone like my item on tuesday the next day recive offer for 50%? skip all before 30 and 40%? just jump to 50%?? thanks
I have a posher VA set up video that you might want to watch for the schedule. I also have a sharing formula video as well for the schedule… Then for the question about percentage know if you do the waterfall correctly with 30 and 40 then 50 the person will only get the 30 if that’s the next one for them they won’t skip to the 50.💕
As a buyer I really really hate the aggressive approach of sending me offer after offer. If I’m interested I’ll counter the first one. I quickly unfollow sellers and unlike items when I start getting repeated offers. I starts to feel like spam or I’m being hunted!
Thank you so much for sharing that… I do think that my method runs that risk… But I am willing to take it to make sales, and to also cater to all the different types of buyers that don’t necessarily feel the same way as you… There are so many different ways people buy that I try to hit as many as I can💕
With my closet I would prefer buyers go back and unlike my items if they are no longer interested. I do that myself. Many sellers want to send the bulk offer to likers and that is great.
Hi Rebecca. Thank you for sharing your strategies! What is your delist/relist strategy.? Once you've sent the 50% off offers do you then relist or do you just wait for new likers, rinse and repeat? If so, do you ever delist/relist? Thank you!
I do relist but usually its at least after 60 days and I do a rotation so like 10 relist per day plus new or sometimes over the summer etc I just only relist like 20-30 per day and no new items so I can have time off.
You have to have your prices very inflated to do this. If I did this I would not make any money and I have a closet that makes $1,000 to $2000 a month.
Yes, I price on the high end so that my pricing can be uniform to handle my uniform strategies but I go over this a few videos ago in my Pricing Formula video, ruclips.net/video/sBO72oB-i3k/видео.html
No apology needed! 😀In the example you do 30% at 9am, 40% at 10am and then 50% at 11am (on Fridays). Why not send them all (30%, 40% & 50%) at the exact same time, for example all sent at 9am? Just wondering if there's a strategy behind spreading them out over a few hours. Thanks for replying and answering (hope that made better sense!).
Oh I see... I need to do at seperated times because it takes PosherVA about an 1 hour or so to send all the offers out once I hit the button...so then I need to remember to go back when its done and hit the buttons to send the next set...that will take an hour and then the 3rd round. So overall it takes a few hours for all the offers to physically send. Does that make sense?
Rebecca, I really appreciate your videos, they have been very helpful. I searched your videos but don't see...do you have a video for BULK LISTINGS EDIT (posher VA)?
I have been waiting for you to explain this better with when to send what progressive offers!!! Thank you!!! I am a schedule kind of girl, and I just wrote down everything you said. I was always confused when to send the next tier of offers, because the one had to expire and as you know, it has to be in the next tier. As for those that think it’s spam you can unlike the item. I do that a lot and it doesn’t bother me. You guys have to remember a lot of us are running a business. It’s no different than a store doing the same thing when you put some thing in your cart.😊
Thank you! I read your note a few times and wasn't sure if you were just commenting or had a question in there that I wasn't understanding. I think what you said is right. If you have a question write a new comment so I can answer for you. Need more coffee
This was really helpful because I didn't understand the bulk offers on Posher VA. - not sure I still do completely - I'll have to look and see how to schedule the multiple offers throughout the week.
If you have specific questions, put it in a new comment, and I can see about answering in a real or a short… I also have a video coming out soon with all of my posherva VA settings. The bulk offers are very easy to do.💕

It’s finally starting to make sense! How do you suggest tracking this w/o a sharing app? I have @ 1200 items in my closet, and until I make more sales to make an app worth it, is there an “easy” (haha) way to do this?
Thanks for this super helpful advice. You mention watching 2 of your shopping videos near the end. Where would I find those? I looked on your videos page but don’t them listed. Thanks again!
I'd like to clarify something if that's okay? You're sending out these 30% offers, but on the off days that you aren't sending these offers out. Do you relist your items at your regular price?
This is brilliant 👏🏼 ❤. I hated the idea of taking an entire month to work through offers. Q: why did you opt for doing them spread out over time (8am, 9am, etc) vs. just sending them all at once? Amount of inventory? Thanks for the great vids!!
Im confused by your question....Im sorry. I do offers at night with PosherVA with the waterfall method I outline in the video...if you have more question, do a new comment so I can see it...replies are hard to find.
I understand PosherVA itself and I use it with your code and have it set up like you. Where I get super confused is the waterfall effect and increased discounts throughout the week. I wish there was a way that you could show that on the computer.
So I’m a little fuzzy. With this waterfall effect, you are set up initially under Auto OTL for 20% to likes 5 min after they like. Then on Mondays, you go back in and set to 30, Wednesday is 40 and Friday is 50. My question is, on Monday, Wednesday and Friday, you are going into PVA and setting those up on those day… PVA is not automatically doing that for you on those day?
No...so the automatic offer is always set to 20% on the like, then I go in on Monday etc and do bulk offers for the 30, 40 etc. There is a difference between auto and bulk offers. Auto is after a like and bulk is all items
No they only get the lowest one that’s 10% more than the last offer and since it’s open the other one doesn’t go since it’s hot and active offer. So send the 30 then the 40 in order and Simone that only had gotten 20 before will get the 30 but not the 40. If they got the 30 as the last offer, then they won’t get the 30 again but they will get the 40.💕
Wow Rebecca, you are on fire lately. You're really making me think about things differently. Thank you for your amazing advice! So I had a question, do you never drop your prices then from what you listed at originally with this strategy?
I guess you would have to have a NWT item or a quality piece to set the price really high to be able to give steep and even more steep discounts? I feel like if I tried that strategy I would end up making 0 profit😅
I sell lots of pre-owned items - I go over my pricing formular for how not to lose money in this video you may want to check it out ruclips.net/video/sBO72oB-i3k/видео.html
Thank you so much for your videos! This method turned my business around practically overnight!! I was wondering, what's your reasoning for not sending these cascades every day? The same failsafes should stop buyers from being spammed, yes?
You know… That is a great point… And perhaps some thing I may experiment with in the future and then release an update lol… I do think that overdoing things or rushing the sales process too much may give out lower discounts when you might have gotten the sale at a higher price… So I think there is a balance… But I may give what you’re saying a try and see what happens💕
@RebeccaTheReseller yeah I think I'm gonna try daily cascades because of the automatic spam prevention built into poshmark's system. I feel like it will be less overwhelming for me to get a potentially smaller number of sales every day as opposed to having to process a lot of them all at once 😅 I'll report back with my findings, too!
Open the one page PDF that has a link to the actual resource guide… Because the resource guide changes all the time it is a website but I cannot offer downloads of a website so I offer a download with the link to the website. Hopefully that makes sense.💕
I use Posherva and highly recommend it. If you can accomplish the same strategies with another automation service then certainly go ahead… I’m not familiar with every single one out there and what they are able to do… All I know is that Potter VA is amazing and does everything I need it to so that’s why I stick with them💕
Signed up for Posher VA. I'm astounded how many shares have already happened. But what happens if your periodic share is not done when the next scheduled share is to start?
Hi Rebecca, I was wondering, when you relist an item, does it also act like a new offer when you send one? in other words, can I start over with my offer discounts? or does it remember all the offers I've sent? Thanks
I am still very new to Poshmark but have found your videos to be so helpful, so thank you!! But with this strategy, isn't it possible for a new liker to get the 50% offer without having seen the 20 or the 30? So there is potential to sell at 50% off instead of 20%? Perhaps it doesn't matter as long as you are making a sale and generating cash flow? Like I said, I am very very new to reselling in general, so I pardon any ignorance. I just want to learn how to be better :) Thank you!
Happy to be helpful! Glad you found me! The point of this waterfall strategy is so that exactly does not happen… By people getting the 20% first then the 30% then the 40% down to 50% they don’t ever skip through directly to 50%… You need to follow the steps in order though… So that it will work💕
Thank you!! I can only sell part time because I'm a DVM student but your tips have been helping me make the most of my time and effort :)@@RebeccaTheReseller
Enjoyed your video!!! I just signed up for Posher VA with your code, but I can't figure who to send the offers out on multiple days... Its probably something simple I know!!!! Thanks for the great information!!!
Thank you! Go to Options I think tab on the top and then Send Bulk Offers, set criteria and send. I will probably do a video on this - got a few questions
What are you selling things for if you can afford a 30-40% offer? 20% is a lot for me. I keep most of my things at a lower end price so people get a deal. A lot of my stuff has little to no cost of goods though so that helps. Maybe your next video could be pricing. Lol.
I have a pricing formula video where I share all the exact numbers of how this works. Most of my items I list for $50 or more if I pay $5-10 for it. Most of the time I make at least $10 on an item profit. I'm ok with this, and lots of times I make more.
Great tips! How do you handle when a buyer says they missed your offer and could you resend it. Is there an easier way than making a copy and then having to tag them again and having them like it. I tried editing and changing the size a few times, and it does not work for me. Thanks.
Usually editing and changing the size of the item and then saving it does the trick in clearing out the old offers and then change the size back and then send the new offer. If that doesn't work, tell them to decline the offer if its active or if its expired then its ok - then have them make an offer to you and you can accept - if there is a shipping discount tell them to subtract $2 on their offer and that is equivalent to the $5.95 shipping in the end price
Hi! This is off topic of the video but please heeeelp 😂😂😂. I've had 3 people in the past week on poshmark tell me they "accidentally" made an offer (which I accepted) and want to cancel the order. The first time, no big deal, the 2nd time I'm annoyed but I cancel it. This third time I'm pissed! I list on multiple platforms so every time I have to relist the item's. I'm getting tempted to say oh well too bad but that's not my character. What do you do in those instances? Does poshmark have any penalties (like ebay) when the seller cancels an order? There's no option that says "member requests cancelation." ANY help is appreciated 😊
No there are no penalties that I'm aware of on Poshmark for canceling orders. I get that you are frustrated but its just part of doing business. I can't say that I had 3 back to back all at once, but I have had this happen many times. You can't help it, nothing you can do. Unless you actually shipped the item you really should cancel it. They can cancel on their end or contact Poshmark if you don't, so you might as well just cancel and move on. I don't get emotional about these kinds of things. I just deal with it and move on. I hope that help you. There is a lot you just need to let go of with reselling. Breathe. Grab a Hard Seltzer. Curse them out in your head. Move on. 💕
Hi Rebecca. Just found you and loving your content. I’m in the Orlando a area also. ❤ I am interested in how you price things to be able to offer such offers and make a profit? Thanks.
I'm sorry that bothers you. It doesn't really bother me. Its just people trying to get a good deal. You don't need to take them unless you want to. I just did my waterfall strategy last night and made 27 sales...some were low, but I still made profit and I got rid of items that weren't selling otherwise so it was good. I think its all about your perspective I think.
I'm new to Poshmark and I'm still trying to navigate it. I've only listed a few items but I listed one that was liked by several people immediately. I sent an offer to all likers but they all accepted it, and I seriously didn't know what to do after that. There was no first-come-first-serve kind of deal because it was all simultaneous. You talk about your process when dealing with one liker but are you sending the same offers to the other likers at the same time and whoever bites gets the item? Do you ever send to all likers, and what do you do if they all accept? There's no open bidding process. Do you let them know everyone else has accepted so you're upping the number? It's such an odd process.
I don't think I have ever run into a situation where the buyers accepted the offer at the exact same time. There has got to be someone who put the order in first right? Even by a few seconds? The lucky person who had their order put in first should be listed under your sales. Poshmark would not put through the order for the same item to multiple buyers unless you had multiple quantities for that item.
Welcome to Poshmark. I heart what you are saying but am confused because when you send an "offer to likers" it goes to all likers on the item...its a bulk action to all likers its not one by one then whoever accepts it the sale goes through on Poshmark automatically so there is not a situation where they all accept it. Maybe you are confusing with ebay or another selling site? Either way, likes are great, sending offers helps send discounts out to all likers so one will hopefully accept it and buy it, that's the goal. Listing more will get more sales as well as many other strategies I share in my videos. Hope they help you!
When you build in your 50% discount to the listing price. Do you price on the high end of comps or even above sold comps since you "assume" it will sell for 50%? Basically, how do you factor in sold prices while building in the 50% discount
Yes I price on the high end of the comps but mostly I price in a formula so it all fits together and I don't buy items that I can't price this way - I share exactly how and more detail in my Pricing Formula video ruclips.net/video/sBO72oB-i3k/видео.html
Yes, I'm aware of that. I didn't say that I made it up. I said this is what I'm switching to. I didn't create sharing or keywords or Poshmark but I talk about that too.

That's awesome! So happy to heart that!💕

I did the exact same thing and made six sales each day. Maybe we should play the number 6 in the Lotto.

Awesome! I would check the speed setting and maybe make it faster. Otherwise spread out the share schedule.
Hi Rebecca, I was wondering, when you relist an item, does it also act like a new offer when you send one? in other words, can I start over with my offer discounts? or does it remember all the offers I've sent? Thanks
when you relist it will be a new item so the likers will be cleared out - so all offers will be new but you would need new likers
Great explanation. Do you have a certain time of day that you find more successful than other times?
Evening time, usually like 6 or 7 pm
Fridays too because it’s pay day!
Lol.
I have a pricing video that talk about this I think it will answer your question ruclips.net/video/sBO72oB-i3k/видео.htmlsi=c1h8xRtrUTcGd4wD
Are you selling high-priced items though? Because 50% plus 20% poshmark fee, plus shipping discount, then cost of goods, that is very little profit
Thanks.
Try putting it in a bundle.
Usually am doing 10 or 25% off with no reduced shiping...totally no sales
I think you need to up your game then.
Move on. 💕
@RebeccaTheReseller great advice! You're right. Thanks so much!
brilliant! thank you!
Awesome💕
Hi Rebecca. Just found you and loving your content. I’m in the Orlando a area also. ❤ I am interested in how you price things to be able to offer such offers and make a profit? Thanks.
Awesome! I did a video on this...ruclips.net/video/sBO72oB-i3k/видео.html
This is exactly how I send my offers. Its been very effective for me as a buyer too
Awesome!
Looking for your closet on Poshmark can't find..
I'm OnMyRack and OnMyRack2
Almost every time I send out a 30% discount I get lowball counter offers that are just ridiculous!
How do I find your Poshmark closet?
I have 2 - OnMyRack and OnMyRack2
😍
Very intesting, I'm definately gonna try this starting tomorrow ( Wed) 😃
You can do it!
Me too. And today is Wednesday
Excellent strategy! Thanks 🌷
Glad it was helpful!💕
When you build in your 50% discount to the listing price. Do you price on the high end of comps or even above sold comps since you "assume" it will sell for 50%? Basically, how do you factor in sold prices while building in the 50% discount
So confused
Yes I price on the high end of the comps but mostly I price in a formula so it all fits together and I don't buy items that I can't price this way - I share exactly how and more detail in my Pricing Formula video ruclips.net/video/sBO72oB-i3k/видео.html
See other comment and this video ruclips.net/video/sBO72oB-i3k/видео.html for help
I do 10,20,30% daily lol
Wow! Awesome!
This strategy isn't yours... it's been out for years and it's always been called the waterfall strategy.
She literally says that!😄
Yes, I'm aware of that. I didn't say that I made it up. I said this is what I'm switching to. I didn't create sharing or keywords or Poshmark but I talk about that too.
Thanks!💕
