You forgot one shot where after Penguin's dead body is dragged into the water and sinking below, you'll notice a black matte or board Danny DeVito had under him in order to slip done on the cement ground. It's so distracting and out of place.

Resilio sync may be easier than mega for larger files, although you can get around the mega limit by using vpn and changing servers when it reaches quota.
Watched this movie endlessly growing up and never noticed these “mistakes”. Other than the cowl eyes one of course. Even as a movie loving adult. They don’t obviously matter that much.
Wow i never noticed these details (except for the eye makeup). You fixed this movie in a short amount of time a WB wouldn't do it!? That's lazy! I didn't realize these things could be corrected so easily. (Well, if you know about Photoshop and such!) 👌👌👌
I hate to be That Guy, but the fixed Penguin hands looks more uncanny to the eye, almosta s removing the "noise in the signal" makes the coposites more obvious to me.. The outlines need a bit of blur imho, it's too stark and sharp with a bit of weirdness going on on the right hand ring/pinky finger at the tip. I feel like the whole thing needs something to put a bit of "noise" over the image to give it back that 'movie magic' feel.
Enjoyed watching the updates, really good stuff. I will say I do prefer the VO from past videos because I feel I absorb more of the details put in to correct the errors or add the updates better than text on screen. Keep doing it, looking forward to Ghostbusters and maybe GB2 in the future

I want to write that my name is Josh Tate and i'm writing that the year 2024 will not only be the 35th anniversary of Tim Burton's 1989 Batman film but it will also be Batman's 85th anniversary year too.
I just bought the 2013 bluray instead since I dont like the blue color grading since the original was more gray but in HDR its less noticeable than SDR but I dont have that many HDR TV sets anyways good job on the mistakes, only the color grading bothered me from this release
Last thing that NEEDS to be done is removing the stupid scene where he scratches the cd like a dj !!!! Its easy to cut out. You cant scratch a spinning cd (which is not even spinning in the shot!) like a record. I hate that one scene more than any of these mistakes lol.

Wow, this is stunning! Could you do the same for the one shot early in Kubrick's "2001" where the shadow on the Pan-Am space ferry doesn't move, making it obvious it's a photo with a shadow instead of a 3D model? It stands out like a sore thumb because in most of the shots, the shadows do move as the models are moving.

It also seems to be the case in these two outside shots at the beginning of this later scene just after the secret conference on the space station: ruclips.net/video/LbsxNwSOzRI/видео.html (0:00-0:34), now with the lunar landing module. In any case, if you do this, do use the new 4K release for it as well. All prior DVD and BD releases were taken from faulty 35mm reduction prints that Warners had gotten made in 1999, with geometric distortion and a degredation in overall color and contrast range. Only the recent new 4K release was taken from the original camera negatives and had those geometric distortions corrected.

Looks like the ferris-wheel space station is the *ONLY* thing in orbit where the shadows on it actually move, and everything else (the Pan Am ferry *AND* the nuclear satellites) are just flat photos with static shadows!
Honestly, it's a fun project to do the fixing! I think you might need to fix back the scene with the eye makeup where Batman rips off his cowl because you can still see some without the eye makeup where he's closing his eyes. Also, right by his tearduct needs fixing.
What about fixing the shot when he is driving the Batskiboat towards Penguin’s lair and they use a weird shot where he looks like he is grinning and then quickly changes to a serious Batman looking expression? Always bugged me. And the boiler behind Shrek falls over four times in a row when Selina electrocutes him, but that’s not easily fixed unless you just shorten the sequence by 75%.
A)That's an acting choice by Keaton, not something that should be fixed. B)That electrocution is actually very short, they just replay it from multiple angles. It's like when a building explodes in a movie, and they show it happening "multiple times" for dramatic effect. Again, this does not need to be fixed, it was a directing/stylistic choice.
There's also a shot where the strong man swings an object at a man dress as Santa clause (Which he then throws at the car Commissioner Gordon is in) ruclips.net/video/m3wrTyimgt8/видео.html The Santa falls before he's hit
@@DoubleOProductions Is the teal color fixed in your fan edit?? Since both batman 1989, returns, had a teal color grade added in the 4k UHD release. This was not present in the past home release like DVD, Blu-Ray. And this incorrect (modernized) color grade along with the (modernized) soundtrack is what the people complained about.
That's what I can't understand, maybe it really supposed to be thin layer part of the mask lol. Or he'll have a pocket full of makeup wipes on him all the time 😂 😂 Why bother doing before he rips the cowl, and not do after?
So many people don't get the eye makeup. It's supposed to maintain the illusion - the mystery. If he did the film without the eye makeup, it wouldn't have worked. Even Ben Affleck wore the eye makeup, if you haven't noticed. So, having that shading around his eyes really helps because without it, it would be such an eye sore when the focus should be specifically on his eyes and not nowhere around it. Plus, when it boils down to art terms: The eyes are the windows to the soul. If you seen Spider-Man 2 where Tobey Maguire Peter Parker is trying to enter in a play that Kirsten Dunst MJ Watson is in, but Bruce Campbell Usher won't let him in because he's late. It's the room where the play is taken. It's dark around the room, but the light is there. You don't focus on what's going around the room, you're more focused on where the light is. It's basically the same concept.

The wobbly grave stone was done on purpose. It was Tim foreshadowing the fact that he was about to make a movie about Ed Wood after this.
