Mbale City is the second largest City in Uganda

That city and Jinja should have been competing with Kampala by now but confusion in the leadership of local Govt derailed every progress of development ,See mbarara city and Gulu city ,you will be amaze with the level of development in them as compared to Mbale City and Jinja city
