Jinja has had the potential to be a big city but the local leadership in not visionary and the populace is in slumber.Hope one day they wake up.
The present regime doesn't favour Jinja in terms of development. This town used to be the industrial hub in E.Africa. Things changed when Museveni took over power. All the industries were diverted to other towns. Jinja is not considered in infrastructure development. So do not air negative opinion about the natives of Jinja.
A high tech and quality sanitation system must be laid under ground before building and paving a quality road with a good water 💧 supply.....
