That's good that they are trying to build the city. I wish some one can try to rebuild Kampala to International standard of capital cities. Get rid of all the boarder boarder out of the city.
@@afrikantiger yes of course, from what I can see from this upload , Uhuru Park is completely gone, it was a park that had cricket pitch, swings, slide, seesaw and climbing frame, mango trees, a jungle and Nkonkonjeru (Wanale) mount had 3 waterfalls , one was seasonal, we used go fishing in the streams, the jungle had animals, big monitor lizards, wild cats, snakes, exotic birds.. different time and world. The Mbale Golf course is definitely gone and it was one of the best in East Africa, this was located near Mount Elgon Hotel and European Town as it was known at the time Fairway Primary was predominantly a White school though there were African and Indian students though not many, I was educated at North Road Primary School
This is the most detailed and beautiful tour I have seen..keep up such tours

Thanks for sharing G GMB. They can first shift the capital elsewhere while rebuilding kampala. please like and subscribe. Many thanks
I suspect Kampala will improve with other Uganda cities growing and creating more opportunities.
Something should be done about the building They are really out dated .
I used to live on Nkonkonjeru Terrace opposite Uhuru Park, we left in 1972
Wow, Any major differences you notice from back then and now
