Worth of this mobile is only about 20k not a penny more.
Display is substandard the colors in auto mode are basically wrong. The. Screen is either red or blue n it take lot of adjustment to make it comfortable for eyes.
Speakers, yes its a mono speaker as the earpiece speaker is tinny. Main speaker lacks the boom of flagship.
Os is fine but LG sucks enormously at update.
Camera is fine.
The outstanding feature is its head headphone audio. Put a good quality headphone and phone surprises.
The dual screen is useless mostly.
Overall its a buy only if u get it below 20k and you don't want a chinese phone.

Bought it during BBD sale for 20k and using with dual screen all day. My best use cases are :
1. Watching RUclips on secondary screen and placing primary on floor or stomach.
2. Video calling without holding the mobile by which Field of View also increases for the other person
3. For texting with keyboard on primary screen.
There will be lot of possibilities once u start feeling it as ur phone for next 2-3 yrs unlike unboxing or first impression.
there is no dev support for this dev ...which is a deal breaker for me as it's an old device

Glad you brought this up. For 20k, no other device comes close! Quad DAC was excluded from the review which is an important feature. Look and feel is premium. LG makes good products and it's definitely better than any Chinese phone in the price bracket. K20 pro? Seriously? This phone has all the bells and whistles of a flagship. LG has also announced android 11 update for this phone. They are including dual screen in their latest devices like LG Velvet, so app support should increase. Even if it doesn't, it's a great standalone phone for 20k.

I don't know why he said it feels like single speaker but in fact it has one of the most balanced stereo speakers. Sound output from both the ends is equal unlike other phones which boast about having stereo speakers but in actual the sound output from earpiece is very low.

Yeah it is balanced ofcourse but it doesn't give a feel of two different speaker's.
It feels as if the mono speaker is there with heavy output
And trebles are average too.
Besides the camera has OIS and is far better than Resmi K20 Pro's camera system module.
Speakers are too good & he didn't mentioned the DAC features which i like more than dual speakers

Speakers are just very loud not vocal clear but however the DAC experience in earphones is way way good in even 40k segment that I agree.
I have been in love with the sound output via Earphones.
This smartphone has made quite records of sales in India and I think LG did a really great job with this.

Bro you need to change it to sides in dtx surround for good stereo effect, g8x is not for normal people.

I am also using LG G8x, in gaming review you are using 2nd screen as game pad. Bahi try main screen as game pad and play on 2nd screen.
Then there is no more issues that means phone rotate nehi hoga.
Try this main screen as game pad Bhai.
Ha bro usse lambe time tak game khelne se hindge mechanism ki life pe thoda extension hota hai kyuki heavy part ko ham hath me liye hai issliye lg bhi shayad issliye primary pe gamepad open karne keliye optimization ki hai!

5:25 when you talk about gaming. I just want to say you are using it wrong. Switch the control pad on main screen and gameplay on secondary. Then the screen will not rotate at all no matter how you play.

Sir...both screen are identical in color
....expect hdr10 is only in main screen not in secondary........ and the speakers will make difference when you play stereo music.

First time I will say some of things you mentioned is not true for me ✌🏻 I have also bought the device and yes lg needs to work. But beast when it comes to multitask. Buy only if you feel dual screen is for you. For further in-depth please watch my video on this
