Hi, The laptop which I am using is bought in INDIA. My laptop didn't come with backlit keyboard and it has one additional slot for RAM but no additional slot for Nvme SSD. Hope this helps.

Hi, Laptop is good. Working without any issues. I have added additional 16gb ram to the existing 8gb making it 24gb ram. Performance is damn good. Battery backup is good (almost 3 to 4 hrs) if you are using it for light tasks like browsing, watching movie, attending meetings etc., but for heavy tasks like video editing battery backup is less (1 to 2 hrs). I think, this would be the same in all the laptops having similar capacity batteries. Didn't observe any hanging issue till now. Laptop doesn't heat much as well. It's super silent. Yeah, it should be good for android app development but do compare the required specs before purchasing.

All my laptops that I have used till now worked fine for 7-8 years and they are still working fine but the thing is you cannot use them as they are very slow and you won't get any software support. Even, I was not sure about ASUS but one of my friend is using ASUS laptop for the past 7 years. So, I checked the specs and got the laptop in my budget as this laptop ticked all the right boxes for me. We really cannot say that HP/LENOVO/DELL/ASUS/ANY BRAND will work fine for many years as there are plenty of cases across all the brands where people have faced small/big issues with laptops after 1 year. So, no one can guarantee the reliability. If you are paranoid about that, I suggest you to take extended warranty. 2. Quality changes as per the cost and brand. Hi, If your laptop supports IRIS XE graphics then you should have dual channel RAM to enable IRIS XE i.e two ram modules are required for IRIS XE to get enabled. Make sure that your laptop supports IRIS XE and then check if you have single RAM of 16gb or two ram modules of 8gb each. If you already have two ram modules of 8gb then IRIS XE should be enabled if your laptop supports IRIS XE graphics.

Rest all configuration is same between these two laptop. The X1502ZA-BQ502WS comes with IPS LCD panel with 250 nits brightness whereas the X1502ZA-EJ502WS comes with VA panel with 220 nits brightness. If yes, Please note that this laptop configuration is different from X1502ZA-BQ502WS laptop that you were looking earlier. The silver color laptop comes with Core i5-1235u(Old Gen processor) processor and the X1502ZA-BQ502WS comes with core i5-1240p(New Gen Processor) processor. The silver color laptop comes with preinstalled two 4gb RAM modules and expandable upto 12gb and even if you have to upgrade you need to remove one 4gb module and install 8gb module and this silver color laptop comes with VA panel and it's older model than X1502ZA-BQ502WS. My suggestion would be to not worry about 2k difference and please purchase X1502ZA-BQ502WS laptop as it has good configuration compared to the silver laptop. Hi, for your first question, the answer is yes, you can add additional 8gb/16gb ram so that the total ram would become 16gb/24gb. Once u add additional RAM, IRIS XE gets enabled automatically. Hi, The difference between the laptop that I am using (X1502ZA-EJ502WS) and the laptop that you mentioned (X1502ZA-BQ502WS) is only in the screen panel. Rest all configuration is same between these two laptop. The X1502ZA-BQ502WS comes with IPS LCD panel with 250 nits brightness whereas the X1502ZA-EJ502WS comes with VA panel with 220 nits brightness. If you are okay purchasing X1502ZA-BQ502WS, please go ahead and purchase the laptop. I have added the link for this laptop as well in the video description. If yes, Please note that this laptop configuration is different from X1502ZA-BQ502WS laptop that you were looking earlier. The silver color laptop comes with Core i5-1235u(Old Gen processor) processor and the X1502ZA-BQ502WS comes with core i5-1240p(New Gen Processor) processor. The silver color laptop comes with preinstalled two 4gb RAM modules and expandable upto 12gb and even if you have to upgrade you need to remove one 4gb module and install 8gb module and this silver color laptop comes with VA panel and it's older model than X1502ZA-BQ502WS. My suggestion would be to not worry about 2k difference and please purchase X1502ZA-BQ502WS laptop as it has good configuration compared to the silver laptop.

As X1502ZA-EJ502WS is not available, you can go ahead and purchase X1502ZA-BQ502WS which is having better config than X1502ZA-EJ502WS. Both laptop links are present in the description of this video. Hi, for your first question, the answer is yes, you can add additional 8gb/16gb ram so that the total ram would become 16gb/24gb. Once u add additional RAM, IRIS XE gets enabled automatically. Do watch the complete video. I have clearly shown and explained the same.
For your 2nd question, the answer is, I cannot comment as I am not using any cracked software.

guys, DON"T buy this, it does not have USB-Type C charging capability. If you want to carry it around say to Starbuck or anywhere, you must bring along the set of bulky cables/plugs...etc.
