Great demonstration for printing on multiple envelopes! Did not mind the absence of sound.
Excellent printer, did the job beautifully. There are really only two steps 1.) use the touch screen to set printing to envelope in tray 2 (you need to replace the letter-size paper if you normally use that, with the no. 10 envelopes as shown here) then, 2.) I use Adobe InDesign so just downloaded the #10 envelope template online, but for Word, similar, you need to have the document set for a no. 10 envelope. That's it, type in your correct information on the document template and save somewhere so you can easily find it again when you need to do more envelopes. Best printer I've ever owned because it handles the envelopes flawlessly... Just do it once, and every time it will be easier because you have done it once.
Followed the video step by step and still it wants to print on a DVD. Tried reseting it five times getting ready to pack it up and take it back to the store. Had less trouble with my old dot matrix printer and it had a slot on the tray to feed in the envelope in. No opening any trays or changing settings nice and simple. Wasted two hours trying to print one envelope. Wound up doing it the old way by hand -------- using windows 7 and XP-830
The point is to select one of the cassettes in the "Feed From" around 2:57. It is set to "CD/DVD" by default.

Yeah that's why I hand write envelopes with this printer, the setup is BS
