When my baby Penny was alive (She was a cutie Chi doggie) I would take her literally EVERYWHERE! I always got looks (didn't care), but the only place I got someone to ask her to go was at a grocery store (oops), but other than that. I never had any issues. She was so small and she was so sweet. Most people never cared. I think Marshall is precious, so I don't think anyone would mind you bringing him
