Ingredients List-
For Bati
2 Cup Wheat flour( गेंहू का आटा)
1/4 Cup Semolina( सूजी/ रवा)
1 tsp Salt or according to taste( नमक स्वादानुसार)
1/2 tsp Carom Seeds( अजवाइन)
2 Pinch Turmeric Powder( हल्दी पाउडर)
2-3 Pinch Baking Soda( मीठा सोडा)
1/4 Cup Desi Ghee( देसी घी)
lukewarm water for kneading dough( गुनगुना पानी आवश्यकतानुसार)
For Aloo Masala-
4 Boiled Potatoes( उबले आलू)
1 finely chopped Onion( प्याज़)
1-2 Green Chilli( हरी मिर्च)
1/4 Cup Coriander leaves( हरा धनिया)
1 tsp Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder( कश्मीरी लाल मिर्च पाउडर)
1/2 tsp Coriander Powder( धनिया पाउडर)
1 tsp Coarse Fennel Powder( दरदरी सौंफ पाउडर)
1 tsp Dry Mango Powder( आमचूर)
1/2 tsp Garam Masala( गरम मसाला)
1 tsp Kasuri Methi( कसूरी मेथी)
1 pinch Asafoetida( हींग)
Salt to taste( नमक स्वादानुसार)
