I went to Energylandia for my friend's 22nd birthday. I could see myself as a rollercoaster fan, althought I only rode a kids one, on a local fair, like 10 years ago. Without thinking too much about it, we jumped straight onto Zadra, nothing but excitement. Oh how oblivious we were. NOTHING could've prepared me for this insanity. I couldn't even imagine that something could be this intense. After the ride, my knees were weak, my makeup smudged (because I had TEARS running out of my eyes due to speed), and I felt like I could conquer the world. If I knew beforehand what does it feel like to ride a high intensity coaster, I might've had no guts to get on Zadra LOL I loved everything about it. Went on Hyperion later, was fun as hell too, but not as crazy.
Something I forgot to mention was that I love the way the song plays in the new intro. It focuses more on the instrumentals than the weird voice that it had. It's pretty great.
I pretty much agree completely with this list. I was most surprised at how much I enjoyed Dragon. Just a really good fun family coaster. I went on it a few times when I went. I wish Zadra was a bit longer and didn't have to break so aggressively. I hated Viking with a passion. I can't think of a worse coaster I've been on. It was pure pain
i honestly just wish energylandia worked with more non-vekoma manufacturers. while yes im glad to see vekoma get to re-imagine themselves so much in such a large park, i wish energylandia would grab something like a good ol' b&m or one of those good new macks, perhaps even a mack extreme spinner but that might just be a bit of a stretch
5. Dragon 4. Formuła 3. Abyssus 2. Hyperion 1. Zadra all the other coasters are either painful or boring or both imho, though some of them, like Frida, Mars or the boomerangs, would be nice to ride with a small kid. Fot me it is a park with 5 coasters, but those 5 are very good. But for a family with, say, a 5 year old, a 9 year old and a 13 year old, it could be one of the best parks in Europe, only topped by Phantasialand (and maybe Disneyland and Europapark, if the 13 year old doesn´t like fast rides)
It's cray that a park with 17 coasters has a family invert as its #6. I know that it is a pretty good ride, but I imagine if Dragon were at other parks with similar amounts of coasters it would struggle to make the top 10.
I agree. You compare that to Dollywood, a park with 10 roller coasters and a clone of Dragon. I rank Dragon Flier at number 8 in the park I believe. that’s a critical difference to Energylandia.
I mean, there has always got to be a bad coaster in a park, it only adds to the lineup! It seems that Energylandia’s bad coaster is Viking Rollercoaster. 😂😂😂
With as many coasters as they have, it seems like only the top 4 are must rides. I'm definitely keeping my eye on this park, but I need at least a couple more top tier coasters til I make the trip.
Hyperion reminds me of Superman The Ride. While I haven't ridden either, I see Hyperion as the modern day version of that ride. Both start as an out and back, but Hyperion's second half looks like it destroys Superman's. Not to mention the restraints are way better too.
I think that’s a fair comparison to make. Hyperion is the modern-day equivalent to Superman: The Ride, just as Kondaa is the modern-day equivalent to Expedition GeForce. Nice observation!
@@Disturbed666METAL well I was on Mack spinning seat on Blue Fire test and it was awesome but still Zadra is still better for me but Ride to happiness is made for that spinning seat so it's probably better than Blue fire spin
Sure it's a great park but it may have one of the most generic line ups outside of the big 3....sure it's easy to get to 20 coasters when over half of them are kiddie or family coasters
I'll be honest, as awesome as Energylandia's thrill coasters look, the number of junior coasters they have is unnecessarily large. I know the park gets funding from the Polish government, but I'd rather have quality over quantity.
With me being 6’ 4” at such a young age I probably wouldn’t be able to ride some of the smaller coasters when I’m older. However, Hyperion and Zadra both look phenomenal and my height problem might only be a problem for Hyperion.
Not really, there is plenty of space in Hyperion, height and weight wouldn't be an issue:) On the other hand, for me (~6'1", 215lbs) the seats on Zadra are kindaaaa small and claustrophobic - but still definately rideable! Have fun when you go there :)
for me the top1 is ABYSSUS (long, fun, not too much for a mortal like me), Zadra and Hyperion are hardcore and my head hurts as hell during and after the ride. Hyperion > Zadra though...
Some people say that Magic Mountain has a padded coaster line up because it has several kiddie coasters but I disagree. I think that their kiddie line up is appropriately graduated so that kids can work their way up eventually to Ninja, Goldrusher and Revolution. However, Energylandia has a line up that is truly padded. They have clones in their own park. They have arguably the most redundant coaster line up on earth. Don't get me wrong. Their top 4 are solid. But below that it's really absurd what they do to extend their line up.
I agrea with most of the ranking tho id move mayan to be tied in 3rd place with abbysus Also the last time i was i energylandia i was early enough for there to be negative que line time (rain that day) i had to wait for people to show up to ride And so one poor soul had to ride viking with me Sorry unknown employe.
Energylandia's 17 coaster come from only 5 manufacturers, which is pretty interesting. The Vekomas are all solid, the SBFs are all crap, the Intamins underdeliver, the RMC is predictably great... and there's also a Preston for some reason. I kinda like how Energylandia is increasingly becoming the Vekoma showroom, like how Europa Park is the Mack showroom and Luna Park the Zamperla showroom. My smokin' hot take of a ranking: 1 Zadra 2 Abyssus 3 Formula 4 Hyperion (!) 5 Mayan 6 Dragon 7 Light Explorers 8 Boomerang 9 Frida 10 Speed 11 Energus 12 Draken 13 Mars 14 Owocowy Ogród 15 Happy Loops 16 Circus Coaster . . . .. 17 Viking
I just don't rate Hyperion. It ran rough and a lot of its elements fell flat to me. I rode it front and back. A fun ride with some airtime and whip, but far from top ten material. The second camelback in particular was a complete dud. Maybe I didn't ride it at full potential but I can only rank the experience I got rather than the one I might have done. What really hurts my view of Hyperion is the fact that I rode Kondaa not long before, another Intamin megacoaster combining an out-and-back beginning with a spaghetti bowl finale, and I felt Kondaa's elements to be a lot more powerful and succesful, and its sequence more interesting.
Just got back to my room here in Zator from spending a day at the park... I mainly went there to ride Zadra and Hyperion. I was hoping to be totally blown away by both. All the rides in the park today were WALK ON. I think Zadra was a 10 min wait at the most.....So first was Zadra. I rode the front, middle, back and while it is an AMAZING coaster and has some really great transitions and some OK air time I still prefer Untamed at Walibi Holland. Untamed is just basically non stop action and you have no clue what is even happening for the entire ride. I will admit that the rear car on Zadra was MUCH better than the front, and that first drop in the rear car is amazing.. Untamed IMO just has way more non stop action. The most disappointing coaster was Hyperion!!! OMG wtf was that??? I rode, front, middle, back. Back was by far the best, although it was a bit rough, but other than the first drop and the next airtime moment I was really disappointed. The quick bank transitions were cool but I was throwing my hands up wondering when some cool sh*^ was gonna happen. Now by far my all around FAVORITE coaster in the park was Abyssus.. I totally agree with you that it is sooooo under rated.. I could seriously ride that thing all day... The second launch is just amazing and the layout is awesome.. The front gives a totally different ride than the rear.. I went on it with low expectations and was blown away. The ejector airtime was really surprising and it seems to go on forever.. There was really nothing that was repeated.. My Personal Ranking of the top 3 Coasters at Energylandia would be Zadra, Abyssus, Hyperion. Love your channel.. You are the reason I sidetracked to Poland and hit up Energylandia.. Keep up the good work on the vids!!!!

I’m listening and waiting for the ‘correct’ choice for bottom of the list: Viking. ……. Yes!!
And I agree with the order of your top four. We are of the same opinion about Abyssus. Taylor and Sarah were much less positive about it.
@@StamfordBridge I agree too. Solid top 4
still can’t get enough of the new intro😩😩
I'm so excidet to go here man!!!!! I'm prolly going in 2023 when the tilt coaster opens :)

Wow!! I love the new intro!! Though I will sorely miss the old one.
I think spinning portions being less painful than the regular part is typical of rides with spinning.

Zadra by a country mile
I also like Zadra more it's just a masterpiece and these who are saying that it doesn't have enough airtime they're just probably SteVe fans
