I have a build thread on 318ti.org with pictures but I cut the stock M52 midpipe a bit shorter and then used exhaust pipe adapters and exhaust clamps to bolt the Z3 exhaust up. The subframe hanger needs to be swapped for one from a Z3 and the Z3 rubber hangers are better than the stock ti hangers.
