    Mam mujhe ad ke piche Tandon mein bahut Tej Dard hota hai heel pahnane se per ab to hil mein nahin pahnati hun, Shoes pahnati hun 3 month se per fir bhi bahut Tej Dard hota hai pain killer se bhi theek nahin ho raha hai doctor kahate Hain ki aapka ligament khincha gaya hai please bataen koi exercise

    Good morning mam. Thanks mam aapke dwara knee pain exercise video ko dekha achcha laga. Mam mujhe bhi cartilage less hone ke karan knee pain rahta hai. Maine Doctor Mukesh Kumar, Orthopaedic surgeon dwara bataye gaye exercise ko approximate previous 1 year se kar raha hu improvement to hua lekin bahut jyada nahi feel ho raha hai. Meri age 57years hai aur mai Paramilitary force me service karta hu. Kabhi kabhi normal run bhi karta hu dry fruits i.e. Almond, Raisin, Cashew, walnut, chhuhara, Chia seeds bhi daily le raha hu. Knee me stiffness rahta hai. Maine Lucknow me physiotherapist ko dikhaya exercise bataya hai ab mai Doctor Mukesh Kumar Saab ki exercise ko stop karke physiotherapist ke dwara batyi gayi exercise kar rakha hu. Exercise ko continue karta hu ab mujhe Aisa lagne laga hai bina exercise kiye ki kuchh bhul Raha hu. Aapko mai exercise jo bataya hai bhejna chahta please send your what's app number.
