Thanks, I appreciate hearing that. I like it when what someone is saying in a tutorial video that they have some fish catches in a video showing that it actually works. Awesome!
Thanks for the comment. Yeah, there are a ton of fish on that bride, but there are some good spots to fish from the shore too! Check out my playlist for snook fishing. You'll see a lot of bank fishing where I catch the heck out of snook too! I'm going to take a trip to the east coast when they move to the inlets, hoping to connect with a fellow RUclipsr and make that happen.
Cool thx. On your next off night.. You should try and free line a live blue crab. They can be found on a strong outgoing tide or after a storm. Take the claws off and use a 2.0 mustad d circle hook. Hard for them to resist a 2 inch pealer...snook candy. If the current is ripping use a split shot to get in the kill zone. Tight lines to ya sir.
Hey David, thanks for sharing. Yeah, the person who gave me beginner instructions on how to fish with jigs told me to use a loop knot. It's a little tricky to get the right length sometimes, but during snook season I get plenty of practice!
It's nice to finally catch a keeper snook. When they are that size they fight really good when you are at ground level. I was very fortunate that the keeper didn't swim toward the bridge pilings. I fought him in open water the entire time. I am considering getting a bridge net. I think I'd land a lot more fish that way.
Loving the videos brother! Never caught a snook in my life. Deff need to make a trip to south Florida to get one. We don’t have them here in Pensacola unfortunately :(
I visit Panama City Fl. every year. I was born there. There great fishing in the panhandle. Catching snook from the bridge is fun, but you don't experience how powerful the really are unless it's a big one. When you catch one from a boat or the seawall the fight is really intense. Looks like I'm going to have to invest in some sort of light for filming at night. The bridge lights are good, but when there's little light, the video lacks the quality I desire to deliver. Thanks for the comment.
Thanks, I try to keep them interesting, especially when they are night fishing videos. If people were just looking at the dark screen, I'd be getting a lot of thumbs down!
Thanks for the comment. Yea, I have really hooked into a lot of big fish over the past two months that I never saw. It's been very frustrating to lose so many fish.
A bridge net is a great idea. I was editing the video and thinking the same thing. I just took a quick look on the internet. I can get a 36" for less than fifty dollars.
Thanks for the comment Luis. It's that bridge near the inner coastal waterway where the road goes over it. Seriously man, I don't ever tell people where I fish. Thanks for being a subscriber. You can catch fish like this at any major bridge in south Florida. Snook always hang out where there's light at night and structure. You just have to get out there and find some good fishing spots. Ninety percent of the good fishing holes I fish I found on my own from trying new places. Find your own spots and don't tell anyone and you'll catch fish for a lifetime!
Rad Reeling Fishing The reason I'm asking is because I live north of Daytona and would like to take a trip down south but don't want to waste my time going down and not catching anything
I totally understand. In my area, "any" major bridge holds fish. I'd definitely suggest fishing early morning, very early and start a couple hours before sunset until dark. You know, the usual best hours to fish. Right now the snook are up in the creeks, huge snook, some stragglers in the inner coastal water way, but a lot are in the creeks. In my video library I have footage from all of the major bridges in my area, catching fish, good ones too!
Definitely the most challenging catch
You have some of the only videos i have ever seen explaining how to throw jigs for snook while actually fishing.
Thanks, I appreciate hearing that. I like it when what someone is saying in a tutorial video that they have some fish catches in a video showing that it actually works. Awesome!
100 yard walk with a slot snook on...watching this makes me appreciate my spots on the east coast of FL. I love the footage... Keep it up.

J.C., your loop-de-loop knot was great! Just taught me a new one! Thanks!
